The neighborhood is called Plantation Acres. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's nearby shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and a 20-min drive to the nearest beach.

SMOKING, PETS, EVENTS
Out of respect for all guests and neighbors, we're a non-smoking, pet-free property, and we do not host parties or events.

TOTAL OCCUPANCY
The occupancy limit is 12 bodies, this includes 8 adults and 4 youth (under the age of 13).

RESERVATION CHANGES
Any reservation changes should also be sent before 10 AM daily, so we have time to process them.
Refunds follow the listing's cancellation policy; cancel any reservations within 24-hours of booking.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in is between 4 PM and 12 AM. Unfortunately, we're not able to accommodate arrivals after midnight.
Early check-in, late check-out, and early bag drop are often available, and subject to an additional fee. Just reach out ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate.

HOST AVAILABILITY
We're available for inquiries and assistance from 4 PM to 11 PM.
If you'd like extra amenities, please let us know 24 hours in advance, during our active hours.
To book additional cleaning, please let us know 24 hours in advance, or before 10am on the day concerned.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
We ask that every guest on your trip register with a government-issued ID before arrival. This helps us keep the home safe and in line with local requirements. Reservations without completed registration may be subject to cancellation without refund.

DURING YOUR STAY
If anything isn't quite right when you arrive, please let us know within 30 minutes of check-in.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and the property for the duration of their stay. If a city penalty is issued because of a guest's stay, any fines and damages will be charged to the guest, plus a 20% neighborhood compensation plan charge.
