Everything that you need to have a fantastic vacation can be found in this stylish modern vacation home! Crisp and clean lines can be found throughout. The private front courtyard makes for excellent sun filled lounging or nighttime socializing. Inside the home is airy, fresh and bright! Open living, dining and kitchen areas have spectacular water and pool views! There is a large oversized breakfast bar and dining for eight. The open kitchen is fully stocked with all that is needed for making a great meal or entertaining special guests. The kitchen also features a wine refrigerator/wet bar and full-size front loader washer and dryer. Unwind in the screened-in outdoor room that is just off the kitchen with dining for eight while being poolside! The master bedroom has a full en-suite and king size bed with ultra-comfortable mattress and smart TV. Both guest bedrooms also have super comfortable king beds with smart TV.s The heated pool gets a great deal of sunshine all day and has spectacular water and sunset views! Relaxed lounge seating poolside with a Weber gas grill is all set up for your use. This modern vacation home along with its ideal location and superb interior finishes is the ideal South Florida vacation home!

You always wonder when you book a VRBO if it'll be as great as the pictures online. It was better! The area was great, the backyard and pool were wonderful, and the canal was amazing. We were able to move right in and relax for 10 days! Also loved the communication screen, it would send us little messages about when the pool guy was coming, etc. Made it super easy to know what was happening. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just miles from the beach, restaurants and my favorite yoga studios made this location a perfect fit to relax and unwind. The only upgrade we felt this home needed for the price was better seating in the living room for a crowd. The backless bench seat, although aesthetically pleasing, was not functional.

This house was a great spot for our annual getaway to the Ft. Lauderdale area. We decided not to get a rental car and that was a good decision because we could walk to all the restaurants and bars of Wilton Manors, plus Publix was also nearby. The house was modern, comfortable and very clean. All the appliances and furnishings were updated. Nice touches included laundry detergent and kitchen extras like aluminum foil and saran wrap, which came in handy for our leftovers from going out to dinner. There were also a variety of pillow choices in the bedrooms which I appreciated because I'm picky about pillows. We didn't even need to contact the property managers during our stay because everything ran perfectly.

We have a fabulous stay! Great place to meet up with friends and spend a nice relaxing weekend away. The place was spotless and exactly as described. Communication was great and was able to do a late checkout. We took the kayaks our to explore the area. Spent a lot of our time on the beautiful patio and in the pool. Thank you for a great weekend!

We have stayed at multiple rentals in Florida over the years and the Martell House was easily our favorite. Spacious, clean, fully equipped and stocked, great location, perfect for a young family with kids and a fantastic backyard looking out onto the canal. I'd also mention the huge Floridan room overlooking the pool/canal which was perfect at night-time to keep the mosquito's away from our kids, especially our new born. We would definitely stay here again!

We came for a family reunion and had an amazing time in the Martell! The house is exactly as described with spacious rooms and beautiful pool sunsets. The house is spotless clean with all the facilities any family would need for a rental especially in the kitchen! The location is central & neighbourhood super safe. David was extremely helpful & came by for a quick hello! I highly recommend this house and we look forward to future stays!

It was furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds were so comfy we had a relaxing sleep each night. The location was close to all of our favorite eateries and we got to try 2 that were recommended by the hosts. We even took advantage of the in home messsge service. We stay at a lot of vacation rental homes and this was by far the very best! My goal is to stay at each location they offer. I know you’ll be pleased with Martel House just as much as we were.
