"We enjoyed some time at the beach, in the pool and at one of the bars. We also enjoyed our breakfast that we had delivered to our room on our last day. Only thing that went wrong is when we had not power or hot water in our original room but we were upgraded to another building where our room had AC, power, and hot water."

"I stayed at the property from Friday 4/17 to Sunday 4/19 and the staff and property were great. Monique assisted me the last time I stayed on site and she was there this last stay. She is very friendly, professional and helpful. I also was assisted by Rome during my stay, he as well was very professional and friendly. Each of them made any questions I had answered with great service. However, due to the horrendous service from the valet company, I will not stay at this property again. At first paying a fee for valet per day seemed like an amazing deal however, the valet workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. During my two night stay, I was made to wait almost 30min for valet to take my car then, was told that oh I should have just let my key card unattended in my car during a high traffic time. Then I went to retrieve my car the next morning and the valet handed me my key card and made me go retrieve my car myself from valet. The last night I came back to the hotel to have valet empty from other cars and three valet workers. Two of them were just on their phone and one just stared. When I drove up they all looked over and then looked away. There was zero acknowledgement. I then exited my vehicle and approached the booth. Still no acknowledgement just the third guy staring at me. I handed him my key card and went up. My car sat there for over 25min and other cars ended up coming and they treated them and took their cars. I have never experienced such poor service."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great after a long day of flying. We flew in from Fort Lauderdale to leave the next day for a cruise from Port of Miami. They got us a complimentary uber from the airport to bring us the hotel, all we had to do was call when we arrived at airport and got our bags. Uber was great. No shuttle to Port of Miami but had no problem getting a decent priced Uber to the port the next day. No hotel breakfast but WaWa is walking distance :) Good for a short stay between other travel plans. "

"Amazing place. Check in was easy. Larry was an amazing host and made sure everything was in order and instructions were easy. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Pool and house was clean. Highly recommend and already planning our next stay!"
