"For the money and the time we was there it was fine. Nothing fancy but clean and convenient. Very helpful getting there from airport and to the cruise ship."

"We used Uber, so we did not park our car. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. We had just gotten off of a cruise and was flying out the next morning. They let us check in early. It is such a beautiful hotel and the pool is amazing. "

"The bed was clean, but the toilet seat was disgusting with grime on it I had to clean it before I could pee! The floors turned my feet black, hairs on towels and all over the tub, and fridge had smears all over it! There was a gap around the door and we could hear all the traffic noise. I believe everyone was smoking pot! The customer service was good as they let us check on super early! The shuttle to the airport was nice and clean!"

"location is the best. it's the closest stay you can get, in the middle of the action, day and night, without having to pay a hotel chain prices. also very close to the free water shuttle stop, free shuttle bus to beach, and to the bus station that has a direct line to Sawgrass premium outlet. the only complaint is the noise level. the door lock is very loose so any noise from the outside, especially the rowdy guests coming back from their late night, is heard. the ceiling fan makes noise. the fan on the AC is loud. the walls are thin. not sure why 2 nights in a row, our TVs turned on by itself when the remote control was far from the bed. so wear earplugs and eye mask. the linen and towels are not of the nicest quality but it is what it is. I would definitely come back to stay again."
