When we first arrived the front desk couldn’t find our 2 reservations in their system and said there’s only one they can see despite showing the expedia booking confirmation. Had to show all the emails, receipts, payment confirmations just to get them to locate the 2nd reservation. Wasn’t the best first impression at the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Great staff, great location. I stayed here while my wife was in the hospital in New York City. Location could not have been better. Will definitely stay here again for her follow-up appointments. I can not say enough about all their staff members.
