"Comfortable stay. But there was no hot water in the morning so I couldn’t even take a shower."

"The entrance to the hotel is a throw stone away from the main road. Approach with caution. The exit is even worse! Cars are flying by and you don’t have any space to yield. The hotel is quant and quiet for the most part. Friendly and pleasant staff. The hotel and room were very clean. You have an option of where you would like to stay. Either the ground or second floor. I stayed on the 2nd floor near the first entrance by the first ice machine. The machine does not work so be prepared to walk a distances to the second machine. Also if you select the second floor be prepared to climb the steep outside stairs. The room was basic and the roomy bathroom had nice hot water. The downside the walls are thin. So keep your voices and tv volume to a minimum. The breakfast was ok. I loved the decaf and the orange juice. Just be mindful to check to see if the food is throughly hot."

"We had an awesome stay here. It’s very close to times square and we were able to hop on public transit to get there. It was a short bus ride away. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very responsive to my needs. The complementary breakfast was sufficient. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will say the pool is a lot smaller than it appears in the photos, but it was still nice to have that option and we did utilize it."

"Overall great experience. The only think I would suggest would be complimentary water in the lobby and cleaning the rooms better, I found multiple hairs in the shower when we first arrived"
