Our home is perfect for up to 8 guests, including 3 bedrooms and a murphy bed in the livingroom. Bedroom 1 & 2 include king beds while bedroom 3 includes 2 trundle beds, one can be converted into a king bed, sleeping 3. A queen murphy bed is located in the livingroom. The upstairs includes 2 full bathrooms along with an additional full bath downstairs.
Our home is located directly on the Bay with a private boat dock. You will find a beautiful pool with unbelievable bay views. Enjoy a cocktail at the built in bar area or relax on the sun ledge. A grill is provided for those outdoor dinners by the pool.
Updated with modern furniture and flat screen T.V's in all bedrooms, our home can accommodate 8 guests comfortably.
Relax on the back patio watching the boats go by, fishing off of the dock, sunrises and sunsets and observing the Florida wildlife. You may even catch the dolphins and manatees playing in the bay. There is plenty of seating on the back patio to either relax or enjoy your lunch with the beautiful bay views.
Our home is about location, location, location, located 1/2 mile from Times Square, the sandy white beaches, shops and restaurants. Several parks and the Beach Pool are only a trolley ride away.
Our home has been completely remodeled from hurricane Ian with all updated features such as kitchen, bathrooms and an enclosed area by the pool w/ patio furnitue a bar and tv.
