Summary:
Just steps to the beach, this gorgeous 2/2 home is the perfect location for those that want to vacation, work, or simply live in the heart of the downtown district of Fort Myers Beach. Less than a three minute walk to the beach from your front door, guests can roll right out of bed onto the beach! Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility!

The Space:
The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. Finally, the home is outfitted with a washer and dryer, internet (via mobile hotspot), air conditioning, electric, water, and sewer.

Please note that the lower floor of this home is rented separately. The lower level is not connected in any way to the upper level and the levels have separate entrances. Pool access is restricted to this property only.

Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Beaches, restaurants and stores are open and welcoming visitors. This was the second time at this location and it was as great as the first time. Will book again! Great location and property manager was timely in a his responses.

The junk at the side of the house needs to be removed.

The house had lots of great communal space both indoors and out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed and plenty of room in the refrigerator for our food and beverages. We enjoyed the fact that we could walk into town. We would recommend this home to future guests.
