Easter weekend with family

The room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious. The room assigned only had amenities for one person and not two. Had to heat my food in the microwave downstairs.

We paid $30 when we booked the hotel through Expedia and for that $30 we got a $20 voucher for Starbucks. So we lost $10 because we included breakfast with our stay. A rip off. Hotel is in the middle of a shopping center. If you need to stay at a hotel to go shopping this place is for you. If you’re looking for anything else besides shopping go somewhere else.

They need to have a separate entrance for people that already have a reservation and people who are making reservations. We had to wait a good 30 minutes for tons of people to make reservations because their flights got cancelled. I wasn’t very happy

I know the hotel is undergoing some construction but the parking situation was terrible. there was almost nowhere to park with all the garbage containers & containers taking up sooo many parking spaces…. also, the water pressure was weak, and the water barely got warm. For the rate of the room per night, I would still expect to be able to park without issues… & have decent shower.

Check-in was quick. However, the tv remote didn’t work and the outdoor (ground level) window was unlocked-as was the door to the adjoining room. We were only there for a quick overnight sleep, and in this regard I gave 4 stars because the beds were comfy, shower pressure was great, air conditioning worked great, and food was good.
