  • Welcome to Florida! This home is situated in one of southwest Florida's ideal locations. Access to private golf course and restaurant makes for easy living. If you are interested in waterfront relaxation it is minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches.
    The home is a two bedroom with large office space that can be used as a third bedroom to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Primary bedroom features ensuite and walkout entry to lanai. All rooms are equipped with smart tv's.
    The open concept floor plan allows for easy indoor-outdoor living. Great room has access and view to fully furnished lanai for swimming, grilling, entertaining or relaxing in front of the outdoor tv. Updated eat in kitchen opens up to great room. Kitchen features all new appliances and is filled with everything needed for cooking and entertaining.
    The Community offers the following on site amenities.
    - 18-hole golf course (separate fee)
    - Tennis courts
    - Club House
    - Restaurant
    - Community Pool
    - Fitness room (currently closed for construction)

Beautiful property and is exactly as photos displayed. Very easy drive to Sanibel Island and Causeway Beaches. The owner of the property responded immediately with a question we had. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Our poodle settled right in and was welcomed within the community. Used community pool as I enjoy soaking in a hot tub.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property in the Kelly Greens gated community. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.The Property: The home was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool, it was absolutely refreshing and the perfect place to relax.The Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot in Fort Myers. Being centrally located made it so easy to access the beaches, shopping, and dining.The Amenities: The community itself is lovely, well maintained and felt very secure. The people were friendly.We would love to come back!

We enjoyed it again

We stayed this again in this property. Again we enjoyed our stay as last year. Very nice property and well equipped for a stay with a family. Jenny responded immediately in case a problem showed up. We consider comming back next year.

A perfect break from start to finish

We returned to Fort Myers to spend some relaxing downtime, see friends nearby and to enjoy some sunshine. Staying here was absolutely perfect - 10/10 on every count. The house had everything we needed and communication from our host, Jenny was perfect. The location was excellent for Publix, Walmart and Target as well as excellent access to Sanibel and Captiva. We would absolutely stay again and next time we will be extending our time in Iona/Fort Myers! PS Eat at the Golf and Country Club on site - you won’t regret it!

Highly recommendable

We stayed 3 weeks in this property. The house is newly rennovated after Ian and it is very nicely furnished, meeting European taste. The kitchen is very well equipped. Arriving on a weekend iit s not that easy as the office of the gated community is not on duty. The host was very helpful in getting problems resolved.
