- Close to I 75, Golf Courses, RSW Airport, major essentials and all amenities. Close to the city yet has its own privacy. 2 separate opposing master bedrooms, 1 children's room with bunkbed for up to 3 kids and 1 sofa bed. In house stereo. Bedrooms include closets and dressers. 2 bathrooms both with walk in showers and 1 with jacuzzi tub. 2 living rooms each with a flat screen TV. Includes computer and printer with wireless internet service. Kitchen including oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and microwave. Dining table with seating for 6 as well as an island with seating for 2. Laundry room with washer and dryer. 2 car garage. Outdoor poolside seating including 3 lawn chairs. Outdoor grill. Beautiful tropical scenery including coconut trees, bamboo, papaya trees, banana trees, fig trees, lemon trees, peach trees and sugar cane. Lanai pool cage. Backyard area with 2 swing sets. Completely fenced for optimum privacy and safety.
