The pool was disappointing, located in the parking lot. Staff was the best part of the stay. Building needs more TLC and updating. Looked like it has been mostly empty for a long time. We only stayed one night.

I did not like the refundable $100 deposit that was required upon checking in that I was not made aware of when booking the reservation. I was told the deposit would be refunded upon checking out, and it has not been returned to my bank account.

I was pleasantly surprised at the staff, room and condition of the entire property. I want to thank all of the staff for making me feel so comfortable and safe throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this location to everyone I know.

The management was very nice. I did not care for the check in kiosk as there was too many errors (charged me 3x for the $100 security deposit). The breakfast person stood and watched families awkwardly. This made it uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, decent options.

The breakfast was awful. Offered oatmeal which was like soup, some sort of flat cooked eggs and disgusting sausage. Spend the money to go to the Artisan Eatery across the street. Staff was nice but be prepared for a kiosk checkin. There was a strong smell of cologne throughout to mask some odor.

We stay there during Milton storm,management was very helpful and understanding wirh regards to the situation we were all going through. Hotel is very clean eventhough we had many pets in the building due to the storm.
