"The staff and everything was excellent, but unfortunately, we were not aware that the hot tub was broken until we got there and it was broken for both days and I even tried to do my Expedia Insurance file a claim but it wouldn’t let me do that. Staff could’ve tried to make it right, but unfortunately, since we went through, Expedia wouldn’t help at all and they couldn’t fix anything because it didn’t work, but we loved the shampoo and conditioner and stuff the pillows were soft everything was clean, and the staff was amazing. Although the second day Saturday the water was cold."

"The air conditioning was poor with a indoor pool the humidity stayed in the room made it u comfortable to sleep reported 3 times the maintenance was prompt in addressing the call but the air conditioner still was poor didnt go below 78 stayed on all night they looked at a second time i then asked fir a different room. Went to the second room it wasnt any better I would like some kind of compensation but not sure i will be staying again. "I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like it had been hit by a tornado, and the extremely rude staff. I will definitely not book there again, which is unfortunate because the location is ideal. "
