Breakfast was good just enough choices to get you going. Coffee was nice and hot! Super friendly at check in and out. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were a little worn and sank somewhat in the middle but I did get sleep so they aren’t bad. For the price you really can’t beat it!! I would stay there again with my family!

Helpful, pleasant front desk staff. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. My room was near the elevator and I heard lots of slamming doors that made sleep difficult.

The guest services representative was professional, efficient, and quick, making for a pleasant check-in experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with attractive artwork and tasteful furniture. The quartz bathroom countertop was beautiful, and the mirror was a standout feature. The faucet could use an update or replacement. The beds and pillows were both very comfortable, contributing to an enjoyable stay. A couple of minor details are worth noting: the shower area has a very bright AC indicator light, so light-sensitive guests may want to bring something to cover it. The curtains also let in a small amount of outside light. Breakfast offered a good variety, including haddock, hash browns, bacon, waffles, and an assortment of continental options. Coffee, juices, and hot water for tea were available. The coffee was a little mild, but the good-quality creamers helped improve it. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay, with a clean and comfortable room, professional service, and a satisfying breakfast. With a few minor updates, the experience could be even better.
