This tropical paradise condo offers you views of the sea with all of the comforts of home! Modern kitchen fully stocked, comfortable furnishings, Smart Tv's with Blue stream fiber optic internet/cable, split floorplan for privacy, office work areas, screened lanai, Weber grill, beach closet with chairs, umbrellas, etc.. 2 min walk to heated pool and 4 min walk to private beach, shuffleboard, bocce courts, pickleball courts, tennis courts, golf, library, yoga classes, basketball, fitness center, fitness classes, restaurant, 24 hour manned security, new resort style swimming pool to be completed Spring 2025, Tiki Bar, hot tub, and so much more! Come visit and explore the Treasure Coast, Ocean Village and Hutchinson Island!
CHECK IN IS 3 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 9 AM. Check-in Package will be in the unit, we will provide a lock box code.

Good

Our stay was good , they have a nice community pool . But We rented these condo at end of June and there was so many mosquitoes everywhere at the pool and at the beach it was extreme 😒.

Exceptional vacation

We lived everything about our stay! Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Brian and Susan were both very accessible with any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back to Ocean Village.

Pool closed until 2025

Our stay was great, everything we expected! The only problem was the main pool was closed for renovations until 2025. We were really looking forward to using it.

Wonderful stay

We (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed for a full week and loved our stay. Quick communication with the hosts, comfortable beds, very private bedrooms (located on opposite sides of condo), and very clean. We would definitely return!

Southern Hospitality

The condo was beautiful and right next to the pool. They supplied everything needed. We overpacked with everything we had available to us. The condo is just like they say, "just bring youself and clothes." Towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and appliances were fully stocked. Everyone we encountered were friendly. The only con we had was, the main pool with the Tikibar was shut down for maintenance and the sand fleas were biting at the restaurant on the beach. Take your bug spray for the sand fleas.. Archie's down the street is a must!! Their menu was supplied in the handout book.

Elevator issues. Owner called 2 times to show the property due to the condo being up for sale. Told her No once, and after her asking a second time, I told her, if she had told us her intentions prior to us renting, we would have reconsidered.

Vacation Paradise

We travelled with a generational family; grandparents (us), our son and his small family. The children are young, we wanted a location both on the beach and with a pool - something for everyone, in a private and secure community. After looking into several properties at this same complex, we chose Susan and Brian’s unit based on the posted pictures and proximity to the amenities. When we arrived we found that the pictures were exactly as it looked — beautiful! The condo is decorated lovely, very clean, and has ever single thing anyone could possibly need to make their stay comfortable and feel right at home. The beds were amazingly comfortable which is always one of our most important wants, and comfy beds are very rare to find in vacation rentals! Another huge plus for us that we didn’t realize until we arrived was that each bedroom basically has its own suite - access to the balcony and own bathroom and on either side of the large living space, giving us all lots of privacy. Dining on the screened balcony was lovely and it overlooks the pool with ocean view. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to work in, and this is coming from a culinary family who enjoys staying home and cooking. Everything and more was available for our meal preparation. We met a lot of friendly people at the pool and the beach, some owners and some renters, all helpful with local suggestions. And I can’t end my review without thanking Susan and Brian for such a well-stocked beach closet.

Very nice property

This is a very pretty condo which overlooks one of the pools and is a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The condo is very clean and so well stocked with cleaning products, and the kitchen is well equipped. The landscaping of the complex is well maintained and very inviting. The owners of the property are easy to communicate with.

Passon vacation

The condo was updated and very nicely decorated. The kitchen offered great appliances and very well equipped. Bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings over looking the pool and viewing the ocean. The hosts made sure all our questions were addressed. Had a wonderful vacation.

Great vacation

Owner was very accommodating. Property was CLEAN and immaculately decorated. We had everything we needed + more. Susan was very communicative and gave us several ideas for entertainment & food. It was close to stores & restaurants. We got some well needed rest and relaxing time. Susan promptly replied to any messages we had. We will be visiting again in the near future!
