"The hotel is in need of renovating and cleaning. Check in was several hours late and hotel did not allow one person in our party to check in early even though another room of ours checked in five hours late. Asked for extra towels and they said it would be a hour and then we didn’t get any at all. Rooms and common areas are not clean. Breakfast was subpar. Hotel is in need of a total makeover."
