"We had a great stay as a family of 3 (with a 6 month old baby). The hotel was very accommodating and provided us with a crib. The room and property were very clean. They only have the air conditioning on once it gets a bit hotter, but they were able to provide us with a fan as the week we were there was warmer than usual for the season."

"Indoor pool was nicely heated, so can be used in winter too, when outside pool is too cold. Smallish, but well-equipped gym. Nice breakfast buffet. WiFi throughout, but ideally it needs upgrading, as it's too slow for uploading large files. But OK for basic use. Decor is quite dated now, but has charm I think! Great water pressure, so shower was glorious! Staff are really nice & make me feel welcome. Rooms are good value out of season. I would definitely come back here!"

"The hotel is well situated with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and had nice modern furnishings- the bathrooms were lovely. My only issues were with the cleaning service that did not vacuum the floors or clean the night table surfaces. Towels were not replaced even when they were wet from the day before (it’s humid in Valletta!) and the hotel had no Kleenex for guests. The shower in my room was designed poorly (open ended) and it was easy to have water overflow in the bathroom. Otherwise a lovely stay. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Valletta- beautifully designed throughout, everything was clean, comfortable quiet balcony room, every staff member we met was lovely we were looked after with warm hospitality, the location was brilliant just 2 mins walk from the buzzing “33 steps” with its great food, drinks and atmosphere and moments from the main landmarks, rooftop pool was… invigorating! The view from the Gomerino’s rooftop is like the jewel its crown! "

"Shops, pubs & restaurants are just outside the hotel. The only issue was the noise at night due to the music coming from the pub until late. Staff are nice. Very close to Upper Barrakka where the saluting battery was located, also the ferry to Gozo. All buses are accessible going to different places like Sliema, Malta Airport, St Julians etc are 5mins to walk from the hotel. "

"Really liked our stay. Staff were all super friendly and lovely - from the front desk to the restaurant. Very helpful with recommendations. Room was cleaned very well each day. Location was good - very walkable to everything in Valletta. Manager was super helpful too and kindly moved us to a larger room when it became available. "
