It wasn't perfect (i.e. the fans didn't work on the back patio and we had to wait for propane to be refilled while we were cooking dinner) but the host was very responsive. The creek out back is incredible for kids to stomp around in - bring boots, nets, and buckets for "treasures" - and the hot tub and play structure were so fun too! "
