"I saw nothing amiss. The property looked clean, maintained, and appealing. The room was clean, the housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful which was great since I had my elderly dog with us. "It was a nice hotel, but there was no parking and I was asked to park between two cars that were using the disabled spot and I was with my disable uncle. The next day I woke up with my car vandalized by a person staying at the hotel. I guess the hotel needs more parking lots. Besides that it was a really good stay."

"Pros: Nice, clean place with easy beach access. Staff were nice. Good location. Cons: I don’t know if they have a strict adherence to the 4:00 check-in time or if housekeeping is understaffed, but we got there between 3-3:30 and couldn’t check in because room wasn’t ready. When we came back a little after 4:00 there still seemed to be some confusion as to whether or not the room was ready, thankfully, it was. Housekeeping didn’t knock on our door the next day until almost 6:00pm! I’ve never been to a hotel where they’ve came by so late. Hotel elevators and corridors were hot & stuffy. The elevators I can understand, but it seems like the only reason the corridors were that way is because the AC is turned off at night? I noticed as the day went on the corridors felt better and then the next morning they would be stuffy again. Pool is pretty small too. It was a nice place though and I would stay here again, but I do think the rating on hotels.com is too high. I would give it an 8, not a 9.2."
