Enjoy this gorgeous gulf front condo with breathtaking views of the emerald green water and expansive snow-white beach with the comforts of home. Take in views of dolphin and pelicans feeding in the shallows from the private covered balcony on custom bar-height Adirondack chairs with cup holders. This condo rents Sunday to Sunday during peak summer. Sundays are less crowded on the roadways entering Okaloosa Island and the elevators will not be as busy.

This is a Gulf-Front condo, not a side view as some of those at this complex. This condo and the condo complex have been totally renovated. The spacious 1100 sq/ft condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with the den and master bedroom on the gulf with incredible views. All flooring is allergy friendly wood-look vinyl. There is a comfortable rocker recliner in the living room and two swivel rockers. The unit has king and queen beds each with a 4 inch memory foam topper for a comfortable night’s sleep. The master bath has a walk in shower. There are three flat screen TVs, a 42'' in living room and 32'' in the master as well as a wall-mounted TV in the second bedroom. The stunning and spacious kitchen has new cabinets and quartzite countertops. It is equipped with stainless appliances and a refrigerator with icemaker. It is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family. The condo is tastefully decorated with local art.

We invite you to vacation here, enjoy the view, and make some memories. Sea Oats has a very large beachfront pool with wide graduated steps for easy entry. The pool is heated at the beginning of March until air temperatures reach the70’s. The pool deck is spacious with umbrellas, tables and lounge chairs. It is a family friendly complex with many restaurants and attractions nearby. There are 116 parking spots and 5 handicapped spaces. There is enough parking for one car per unit and a few overflow spots. Brooks Bridge Marina is nearby. We also provide:

Okaloosa Island is located off of the busy Emerald Coast Parkway with less crowded beaches. This complex is convenient to restaurants and activities. It is in walking distance of restaurants to include: AJ’s Oyster Shanty, Asagio’s Skillet, Old Bay Steamer, Helen Back (a bar that serves pizza), High Tide Seafood, Waffle House and, Stewby’s Seafood Shanty, my favorite local seafood joint.

There are two large stores selling beach items within walking distance. Brooks Marina is also nearby with a boat launch, boat storage, and pontoon boat rentals and jet ski rentals available.

A short drive would be the Boardwalk with a fishing pier and shops and restaurants. There is also a gulfarium . Across from the Boardwalk is Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone with animatronic mini golf, a treetop ropes course, trampoline jump, arcade. They will also add laser tag and go-carts soon.

Other activities to enjoy at the beach would be kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. Ask the beach service about rentals. Many enjoy parasailing with local vendors.

At night, you will see many people on the beach with flashlights looking for hermit crabs and other night creatures. Bring along a flashlight to join the fun.
