FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Welcome to Unit 402 Surf Dweller!! This unit is your perfect getaway! It has plenty of space for the entire family to relax and enjoy a fun-filled vacation at the beach. This enormous two bedroom two bathroom all tile unit is directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Featuring extras like a KEURIG & electric FIREPLACE, 402 has it ALL! King mattress is memory foam-ultimate comfort! Wake up early at least one morning to take advantage of the amazing views FROM BED! You won't believe the phenomenal scenes you'll take in from unit 402. Two FULL beds in the guest bedroom assure the kids are comfortable. Best of all, the mattresses are PILLOW-TOP. The matching furniture in this master has ample space for accommodating longer stays. The fully furnished kitchen features beautiful rich black granite counter tops. It is also stocked with all cookware, dinner ware, utensils, and pots/pans needed for every cooking need. Additionally, there is a second refrigerator in the laundry area for those that have BULK food supplies. Don't worry, all of those snacks for the grand kids will easily fit in this condo. The massive private balcony has two entryways with one being the private entry in the master bedroom. Don't forget about the amazing balcony FURNITURE! Truly a perk to renting 402. Upscale, comfortable, clean, padded furniture sets make this balcony extra special. All the pleasures of a warm Gulf sunset can become a wonderful memory.

The condo is very large & accommodated us well. We had couple of issues but these were taken care of quickly. Central location to a lot of places & only 1 1/2 miles to Destin Looking forward to another trip.

Girls trip

We loved all the extras for the beach and the fully stocked kitchen. The toaster oven and the keurig were not working and some of the bedroom plugs did not. There was plenty of seating. The beach attendant was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

We have stayed in multiple units and we have never had an unpleasant experience, although some units were better than others. We always look forward to our annual beach trip. This year I am going twice! It is a wonderful area...not too crowded!

Beautiful location but needs updates

The unit was clean but needs updating. The pictures were accurate but taken many years ago. Electrical outlets on wall between living room and master did not work therefore neither tv worked either! Cookware and utensils were very limited. Overall stay was good but is in serious need of some TLC.

This particular unit does need some updating. There is no closet in the master bedroom as listed in the unit description ...a bit odd! The kitchen is fairly well stocked however it needs some sharp knives and large skillets!! Having beach service is a plus and Devan is absolutely wonderful!

Many of us went out on the balcony to relax and listen to ocean and fell asleep. The patio furniture was a huge plus. My son immediately walked in and said this unit was better than the one we booked last year. The unit was clean, plenty of towels, and big enough for my family and I. I loved the app which had a lot of info and made check in/out easy and no stopping at an office. Everyone I spoke to in the office was so nice prior to our arrival. The only suggestions I would make is to not have white bedding and towels for many reasons I would personally choose another color, a pair of scissors which I did not see, and a small basket for when doing laundry which most other units have had. We definitely will be booking this unit again in the future as we all really enjoyed this unit!As for the building itself we have always enjoyed SD as it’s always seemed less crowded (smaller complex), pool, tennis, ocean view from living room and master with big/long balcony, the complex is always quiet at night and it is not over populated on the beach. Down side is when you have a larger suv the parking lot is a little tight in my opinion.

Exceptional stay

Property was just as described. Spotless and well provisioned. The view was gorgeous whether you were inside or the balcony. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. There was a comfortable couch and chairs. The location was perfect, less than 2 miles to great restaurants and to a Publix. Check in was via email where you were given a door entry code. Wonderful, no card entry! Checkout was via in-room ECHO. I highly recommend this property.

One thing we appreciated over other condos we have stayed at was the quiet. We did not hear any noise from outside our unit. The only complaint I have is the cleaning people came at 8:30 am. Checkout time said 10 am but they were early. We were not ready to go so they waited outside the door until we left.
