I stayed here for about a week to visit my boyfriend. The room was very clean as well as the water pressure for the shower was amazing. The owners and staff were amazing at communicating. Parking wasn’t horrible and was actually pretty decent. I know that is one of the big let downs for some costumers but I didn’t mind it. The room looked exactly like the pictures and it was a nice get away place and it’s right near the beach!! Will stay here again :)

The only bad thing about this place was they waited until the day of travel to tell us we needed to sign the rental agreement, but the link wouldn't work and it took hours for us to get them to understand this. Very stressful! The bed was super uncomfortable, but the customer service at the place was great and they responded promptly. Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay again.

Cozy room. Quick response by management on broken coffee pot. Toilet seat was extremely loose and a modest amount of mildew around tub but room was clean. Parking is not real convenient. Room rate is reasonable , pay attention to added fees ot total price when shopping for a room.

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I went to the beach for a couple of days and this was a perfect place to stay. The public access beach was less than 10 minutes away. The only thing that wasn’t great was that we were supposed to get an email 24 hours in advance for the door code and instructions to get in and they never sent it so I had to call them. But the lady on the phone was sweet and sent my instructions right away. Also the door lock was weird, when you put the code in it would unlock but then immediately lock back, so you had to do it a couple times, but other than that I would highly recommend this place!

Almost perfect, but internet was intermittent

The place was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but the internet was intermittent. On the last day there was no internet at all. This was a big problem for me because I had work to do. So, I had to go somewhere else to use internet. I wanted to give 3 stars for this but wasn't sure if that would be fair. This is a great place to stay for 1 or 2 people if you don't need internet.

The room was nice and clean! They provided lots of little touches and the ability to cook in the room was a bonus. The only issues I had were the thinness of the walls, you could hear people’s conversations in the two rooms beside us and if they were even remotely loud it was LOUD. And because of street parking and the property and Florida being Florida, if it rains, you are getting drenched and trudging through water. An awning over the doors might also be helpful because if you accidentally try to open the door too soon and have to re-input the code, you’re just standing in the rain. And the inside floors are very slippery when wet! That all being said, we would probably stay here again. The location to Destin was fantastic and the price was really good. And like I said, it felt really clean in there!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood about 12-15 mins away from Destin. Apartment was clean overall.. The walls are thin so i heard the neighbors about once during our 6 night stay on a late night talking.. There were no hangers ( luckily i packed my foldable travel hangers i got off Temu). There's no safe box in the room (luckily i brought a nice size travel one off Temu). There's no stopper in bathroom sink. Hole is very large, so be careful of loose jewelry or other small items around sink area. In need of an area to hang up wet clothes from the beach. Maybe owner can put up a hanging rack of some sort outside. The water pressure is weak. Very hot water but the pressure is to low. My hubby had an issue with that since he's a big guy. And if u remove the pillow cases, the pillows were stained yellow (luckily i packed lysol spray and my own pillow cases). I sprayed the bed and pillows down ( i put down my on blankets and new pillow cases on top of the ones provided and slept like that). I never unmade the bed so who knows how the bed sheet looked. Umm i would only stay here again if im on a budget.. overall its a very very decent spot, just needs some adjustments.
