Enjoyed this property. It was in a central location to beach and pool. The full size washing machine and dryer was a plus. The room was ready earlier and helped our stay to start earlier than planned. We would stay again.

Condo was cute, clean, and well-stocked. Ground floor location made pool/ beach access a breeze which is worth a lot with impatient kiddos! Coastal Vibes was easy to communicate with and even accommodated extending our stay at the last minute. We’ll be back!

Place was clean and very comfortable. David communicates right away and any issues were promptly taken care of. Nice location to see sunrise's and sunsets along the beach. Love FWB!

We have stayed at Watersedge for 20+ years. The property is very well kept. The pool is lovely. Both of our units needed a thorough cleaning, especially the shower/tubs that were sticky and moldy.

Beautiful Condo right next to the pool. The walkway to the beach is so close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The closet is stocked with all the sandcastle toys my kids could've asked for which was a great surprise. I have zero complaints and cannot wait to come back.

Fabulous Trip to FWB/Okaloosa Island

Enjoyed our stay here! The convenience to the pool and beach are amazing! Large enough condo to accommodate 2 adults and 4 teenage girls nicely. Large kitchen. Communication with David was excellent----from the list of must visit restaurants and activities to the check in/out process. Very personable and excellent customer service!! We will be back!

We received a helpful email more than a week before we arrived. Kitchen was well-stocked with excellent pots and pans. Mattresses were comfortable and bedrooms roomy.

Solid choice - great for young children.

Basic beach condo. Way better than expected kitchen and appliances. Above average cleanliness. Great keyless entry. Bottom floor location by pool is perfect for those with young children, but the pool does slightly obscure your gulf view. Nearby restaurants were low key awesome.

Family loved all aspects of condo and property. No issues with property. Remote checkin and checkout was a breeze. Was able to get into unit an hour earlier than planned and we left before required checkout to pay it forward to next guest. Will definitely be back to this unit and use this company for other destinations.
