We loved our stay from October 18-25th. Our condo was clean with everything you would need. The host was quick to respond to questions. The ocean view and access was amazing. Grocery is close by and we enjoyed many restaurants and even went on a charter fishing trip. I highly recommend for your vacation. I can’t wait to return! Thank you.

We had a great week at Water’s Edge 111. The weather was perfect all week. The ease of parking onsite was great along with direct access to the beach. The complex itself is a little dated. Our condo was fine. It was also a little dated and could use some new paint/caulk in areas. Assuming that’s just the result of having a year of vacationers come through it. We did sweep a little bit on arrival because it was a little dirty, especially near the front of and under the couch. We also had an issue with the clothes dryer pausing constantly while drying clothes. (It would seemingly get hot and would then pause for a while preventing use until it cooled off again.) We had maintenance come look at it. They cleaned the lint trap, but stated it was probably a sensor. It continued to do it the rest of the trip, so the sensor should probably be addressed for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We spend most of our time at the beach anyway.

Great Florida Getaway

We really enjoyed this condo. The location was perfect and being on the first floor was convenient. It made hauling the cooler and beach bags to the beach or pool so much easier.

Very nice condo

Ground floor was very nice, pool was right outside. Everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed. A minor complaint, but the trash bags were super thin and ripped every time I emptied, sturdier trash bags would be nice.

The location was awesome! Such a plus to be so close to the pool and the beach. The place was nice and easy to get to from the parking deck! Totally recommend this place. Needs some work to the guest bathroom walls but other than that great place!

Perfect!

Beautiful restful week

Enjoyed the pool and sitting at the ocean with your umbrella and chairs. Visited many good restaurants and went to Pensacola to see the Blue Angels. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Loved the blue beach feel!

NOT AS PICTURED but still very nice

NOT AS PICTURED. We booked this condo for the way it was decorated, and for the chaise couch. There are no decorations, no place settings, and they replaced the furniture in the living room with a couch and loveseat. I was looking forward to having a chaise to be able to put my feet up and relax every night. The beds were very uncomfortable but that is the case for most rental properties. Aside from this the condo was very nice! It was very clean when we arrived and the property was well maintained. The maintenance gentleman was constantly walking the grounds cleaning and the pool guy was there every morning. The company managing the property “Coastal Vibe Vacations” were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book with them again in the future. The condo needed a can opener and pans to cook with and they immediately offered to bring them to us. The condo was nice and still had a beach vibe even without the decor. I would definitely recommend staying here just don’t expect it to look as pictured and bring an egg crate or mattress topper if you can.

Perfect location!

The condo was clean and exactly as stated. Right on the beach and not too overly crowded. The kids loved the pool right outside the door.

Love FWB!

Property is older but fairly well kept. We've stayed at Watersedge for 20 years. We like the upgrades to the beach walkway and showers. We rented two units - this unit was in much better shape than the other unit. The shower could use a good scrubbing.

Always good in FWB

We have been coming to FWM for over 20 years and staying in Waters Edge for the last 18 years. We really enjoyed being on the first floor for convenience to the grill, pool, and of course the beach. The maintenance man, didn’t catch his name, keep the property clean and welcoming. Along with the pool guy. The Beach service crew were great and accommodating to our needs.
