Terrific Location and Property!!

Great Location and Amenities for Families with kids

We loved the location of this condo. Several restaurants were within walking distance. There were so many pools and places for our kids to enjoy when we weren’t at the beach. The beach service was a nice addition to the stay as well. The owner was very responsive any time we had a question regarding the condo. Would definitely love to come back to Waterscape for another vacation.

Condo is perfect for family with young children

The owners of this condo have taken great care in renovating. The property itself is stellar. We had a really great time. Okaloosa Island is a little bit more of a party-scene than we’d have liked for our little ones, but all-in-all our whole experience with David Jenn and Waterscape was wonderful. I would rent from Coastal Vibes properties again every year.

The condo was nice with comfortable beds. We appreciated the pack n play for our infant. It had a view of the splash area. It is close to the Publix or Winn-Dixie. The fridge had a water dispenser on the front and the ice machine worked great. The free beach service was nice as well.

Wonderful week!

C303 was a great condo for our girl's week at the beach. It was just right for the four of us. We loved the convenience of parking right by our door for unloading luggage and groceries. The unit was sparkling clean, and my friends commented twice about how comfy the beds and pillows were. I liked the super soft towels. We were on the beach everyday, so the provided beach service was great! I come to Waterscape 2-3 times a year and always rent from Coastal Vibe because I can count on beautifully decorated, clean condos and great service.

Beautiful Condo

We were first timers to the Fort Walton / Destin area and I traveled with my husband and 6 yo daughter. This condo exceeded our expectations! It was so well decorated and comfortable. The beds and linens were so nice! Spacious and welcoming vibe upon arrival. We loved the location as well. It was close to so many wonderful restaurants and only a few minutes from Destin for some more fun. Traveling in April it was so nice to have the heated pool! I loved how when we needed something Coastal Vibes responded promptly and helped us out. They are very professional and easy to work with. We will be back to this area and will certainly book with Coastal Vibes again!

We had found a few of the wash clothes stuffed way in the back of the vanity that was dirty, we had to look for them b/c between both bathrooms we only had 3 wash cloths. The bunk bed sheets were dirty. Lid of the trash can is very dirty

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Waterscape! The staff is friendly and did a great job of keeping grounds and pools clean. Especially liked that they cleaned the gas grills daily. Our condo was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend to anyone taking a family vacation with kids.

Wonderful as always!

Condo was beautiful in a great spot for kiddos. Fun activities all week for kids, and got great pics with Easter bunny with ocean in background. Coastal Vibes never disappoints, we have stayed with them every year for last 5 years and every condo has been perfect. We cannot wait to plan our next visit with them!!!

Traveled from Nebraska. Condo was bigger than expected as the pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed the Florida weather while visiting military family over Christmas. We even left a puzzle for the next travelers to complete!

Outstanding Condo & Resort

This was an outstanding and very memorable vacation for our whole family. We have a toddler and this resort was perfect for him. The pools and splash pad was definitely the highlight for him. There are great restaurants and attractions close to the resort. The beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this resort & condo for families with young kids.

Far from clean!

I took lots of pictures to document the lack of cleanliness in this unit: All of the vents were black, the doors to the closets were filled with thick dust, so I refused to use the closets. The corners of the bunk bed were filthy dirty (close to where your child would lay their head). The ceiling fan in the living room was covered in dust. The floors were gross and our feet would be black in minutes if we didnt keep shoes on or wear socks! The master shower doors had thick black slimy gunk all around them. The master bedroom bed has big sags or divots in it. The dryer door on the inside is loaded with fuzz and lint even after you clean it. The secondary bedroom dresser had dirty drawers inside so I didnt use the dresser either. I also received some butes tgat I an still unclear as to what the bites are from. Bottom line is that this unit is filthy! This unit needs a deep, deep clean and I need a partial refund!

Wonderful condo, host, resort and vacation

Waterscape is a lovely property in the perfect location. The resort is extremely family friendly for all ages. I took my great niece for her HS grad trip, her two besties since Kindergarten, and her two teenage sisters. The beach is beautiful and the beach service team is awesome with reserving and setting up the chairs/umbrellas. Our condo was the perfect size for our group of 7. Working with our host, it was seamless regarding reservations, check-in, check-out, and perfect amenities. Overall it's really quiet inside the condo meaning we didn't hear the neighbors through the walls. I would suggest getting to the pool early, like 8am, to have any chairs for the day. Even though the policy is "no saving chairs," everyone saved chairs. We will definitely be back.

Christmas at the beach

The room was clean and just as stated in description. The arm bands for pool are annoying but that's a resort deal. Master bed could use a new mattress. Everything was great overall and would come back to the same room in future.

Waterscape C303

This was our second year booking with coastal vibes in the same condo! We can't say enough great things about both. Our closet door was off the track and I sent an email on Saturday afternoon it didn't take 20 minutes for someone to be there and have it fixed for us. The condo is such a great location to the parking garage which makes carrying in luggage and groceries a breeze, the condo is clean and spacious with a beautiful view. We will see you next year!

Beautiful Condo and Resort

When we arrived, our room was ready earlier than expected, so that was great! The condo was VERY clean and so was the resort itself. My family had a lot of fun hopping between the beach and pool most days to escape the HOT Florida sun in August. Thanks for having us :)

We loved our stay. Without a car rental, Waterscape is a great location. There are several walkable shops and restaurants. C303, first... The beds, after a day in the many pools and walking the beach, in was wondering to get into a very comfortable bed. The only suggestion I would have, would be a fold up highchair. We are already checking our calendar for another trip there. Thanks again for a great stay
