This guest house was clean and decorated so cute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located near High Street where dining and shopping are walkable. It is also easy to walk to the train and bus station. The only thing to keep in mind is that if your room is located on the upper floors, it is a walk up no lift.

Amazing stay !!!!

It was a great experience, the room Was perfect for the 4 of us, spacious, clean and the host were super friendly. Walking distance to the train station (Jacobite train) and the centre.

This was a very nice hotel in the heart of Stromness. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, and staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed. Parking is at the ferry parking lot within walking distance, free overnight with a fee during the day. We enjoyed our stay here.

This was a perfect place to stay with my college-aged children on a family trip. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of lighting options (bedside lamps for reading, etc.). Location was excellent: close to train/bus station, shopping district, restaurant, and grocery store. A wonderful place to stay in Fort William!

Great location with parking close to High Street in Fort William. Hosts seemed friendly. Beds were pretty comfortable and firm. Could hear the upstairs guests walking around and their plumbing, but it wasn't too bad. Great place for the price.

Very clean, well decorated room. Bed was incredibly comfortable. It might not have all the facilities of a hotel, but it had everything I wanted at a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended.

A quick night in Fort William

For our 24 hour trip up to Glen Coe and Ft. William, the Maclean Guest House was the perfect overnight stay. Brandi at check-in was lovely and full of suggestions. She was able to quickly accommodate a last minute change in our plans. Clean, comfy, and relaxing night!

Super close to the quaint pedestrian street in Fort Williams which was nice. Room was large and clean. Space to park. Wished we had stayed here longer but it was a one night stay taking in as much of the Highlands as we could. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely guest house within an easy walk of the train station and town center. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Apparently it was purpose built as a guest house some years ago, not converted from another building, which explains the size of the bathrooms. No lift. Allowed me to store luggage between checkout and sleeper train departure in the evening.

Very well appointed property. Clean and modern. Great central location, parking, easy to find, friendly and welcoming staff. Flat screen smart tv; beverages; mini fridge; great shower. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast provision but you know this when you are booking it. Highly recommended.

This was a well cared for space. It was cozy and bright. Unfortunately, our room faced the evening sun, and it was brutally hot. A fan would have been helpful.
