Localização excelente

Localização excelente. A vista da piscina é maravilhosa. Saímos para o aeroporto às 2:00 da manhã. Tivemos uns probleminhas que me deixou um pouco chocada. Na frente do prédio tinha garotas de programa. E aí esperar o Uber na recepção do hotel entrou um homem dentro do prédio com uma garota de programa tambem. Fiquei um pouco desconcertada com isso. Pois estava eu, meu marido, minha mãe e minhas duas crianças. Uma pena ter que presenciar isso. Mas no mais, achei tudo perfeito.

Peaceful days in Fortaleza!

The property has all the basics: -Good WIFI connection, TV, AC, Washer -Good stock of appliances -Very central, right by the beach -Waking distance to restaurants and super markets Unfortunately, not much to do due the Corona virus

vraiment bien situé, la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon ! super ! Marcio est super accueillant et disponible en cas de problème. Il parle anglais. Le ménage est fait tout les jours, les serviettes de bain également. Se qui manque au niveau équipement juste une plus grande cafetière et un grille pain sinon tout le confort y est !!! proximité des restaurants en bordure de plage et même sur la plage et surtout le marché de nuit. Depuis l'hotel il y a toujours des taxis pour se rendre ou on veux. Pour les sorties

À 2 minutes de la plage d'Iracema, confortable et propre. Assez spacieux et sécurisé. Restaurant à 2 pas. Un peu bruyant car la rue de la "marina" passe juste devant. Ménage un peu négligé vers la fin du séjour (2 semaines). A 45 min du parc Engenhoca et à 30 min du Beach park. Taxis toujours postés devant l'hôtel. Le concierge Marcio est tres accueillant et disponible. Petit bémol: petit déjeuner inclus mais dans un autre etablissement voisin.

Je eigen plekje weg van thuis

Een volledig ingericht appartement, dichtbij het strand, goed voor gezinnen. Dichtbij het centrum en andere leuke plekken. De eigenaar was heel aardig, via hem kan je tours boeken naar toeristische attracties.

Péssimo

minha experiência foi péssima. O hotel fica localizado em uma zona de prostituição. Na noite em que cheguei teve briga por causa de clientes. O hotel faz propaganda de que oferece café da manhã mediante o pagamento de uma taxa. No entanto, no hotel não há restaurante. A taxa é paga para o hóspede tomar café da manha em outro hotel. Eu gosto de tomar café da manhã no hotel, então não gostei de chegar lá de madrugada e receber a notícia. Além disso, cobram 15% do valor da diária para limpeza, ainda que você avise que não quer a limpeza do quarto. Enfim, reservei esse hotel por causa do preço e, ao final, ao pagar pelo café da manhã e pela limpeza o valor da diária foi superior ao de outros hotéis situados na beira-mar. Senti-me enganada pela propaganda que consta do site da Hoteis.com.

Hotel péssimo

Minha estadia nesse hotel foi decepcionante. No dia em que cheguei, constatei que o hotel fica em um ponto de prostituição. Fui surpreendida, durante a madrugada por uma briga por clientes. Além disso, fui informada de que havia possibilidade de tomar café da manhã no hotel, com o pagamento de taxa extra. No entanto, o hotel não dispõe de restaurante e o café da manhã que constava do site é, na verdade, em outro hotel da região, pelo qual é cobrada uma taxa de R$30,00 por pessoa. Uma enganação. Também não gostei do esquema de limpeza, pelo qual tive que desembolsar 15% do valor da diária. Avisei no hotel que não precisavam limpar o quarto, pois só iria ficar um dia. Ainda assim, fizeram a limpeza e cobraram o valor. Também não há informação no site de que no hotel não tem recepção. As chaves são entregues por um segurança que fica em uma guarita. Tanto a informação de que não há restaurante e recepção no hotel deveria constar do site. Enfim ao fazer a reserva, levei em conta o baixo valor da diária, mas com todos os serviços cobrados à parte pelo hotel, acabei desembolsando um valor maior do que eu desembolsaria em um hotel de melhor qualidade e localização. Não recomendo este hotel nem para um inimigo. Horrível.
