The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel.

Fiquei o apto 1102 - Torre A. Boa localização e estrutura razoável. Deixaram a desejar na limpeza, principalmente dos utensílios da cozinha. A cama não é muito confortável. No geral, no entanto, atendeu minhas necessidades.

O prédio é muito bom, porém possui muita movimentação devida a tranca que é por código, prefiro a chave convencional. O quarto é bonito, possui varanda. Os lençóis e cama não achei confortável. A limpeza deixou a desejar, passei 4 dias, em nenhum momento teve limpeza de quarto… Portaria muito lenta, se vc vai de carro

Bom mas não voltaria

Razoavel. O condominio esta localizado num bairro isolado, sujo e nao me senti segura. No condominio nao tem recepcao vc fica totalmente perdido. No flat nao tinha nada para cozinhar, nem o basico "sal". Panelas velhas. Espaço do flat muito bom, cama boa, roupa de cama ruim coberta velha.

Achei caro pra uma diária

Um flat pequeno, muito básico, as pilhas do controle da tv não funcionam (precisavam trocar) e um barulho muito chato que vinha do teto foi difícil dormir, achei anti higiênico a ventilação do banheiro ser para a cozinha. Ambiente estava limpo quando chegamos, cama boa, ar condicionado ok.

Bom custo benefício

Edifico novo. Segurança muito boa. Flat exatamente como na foto. O ponto negativo é que tem um janela na cozinha sem cortina. O flat fica na frente do elevador. Durante a madrugada quando chega alguém ao andar as luzes do corredor acendem iluminando muito o quarto. Esse foi o único inconveniente mas valeu a estadia.

Confortável. Vale a pena.

Apartamento muito bom. Ideal para um casal ou uma pessoa só. Cama confortável, chuveiro forte. A piscina é maravilhosa. A única coisa ruim é que não faz o cadastro facial para entrar, tem que esperar o porteiro abrir. Tirando isso é nota 10.

Excelente custo-benefício

Foi uma ótima experiência de locação. O único ponto negativo é a demora excessiva para abertura do portão que dá acesso ao estacionamento, mesmo com o veículo já cadastrado na portaria. Algumas vezes tive que esperar cerca de 5 minutos até o portão ser aberto.

Tudo foi muito bom, somente os contatos e as comunicações quw demoraram um pouco. O Flat e as pessoas que trabalham lá são hospitaleiros, a única coisa que nos encomodou é o mau cheiro que sobe do esgoto do banheiro.
