Estadia maravilhosa com anfitriã acolhedora!

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! O imóvel é muito bem localizado, limpo e aconchegante. A dona Jacinta foi extremamente simpática e acolhedora, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. O único ponto de atenção fica por conta da vaga de garagem: ela é descoberta, bem estreita e de difícil acesso, especialmente para quem não tem tanta prática com manobras. No mais, tudo foi excelente e eu voltaria com certeza!

Estadia maravilhosa

Desde o primeiro contato que tive com a dona do imóvel já gostei bastante. Dona Jacinta e seu Amaro foram super solícitos. O apartamento é bem amplo e tinha tudo que precisavamos e o melhor que fica próximo de tudo, pouquíssimos metros da praia, padaria e mercado. Com certeza quando tiver a oportunidade de voltar em Fortaleza alugaremos novamente.

Férias 2023 em Fortaleza

Viajamos em cinco membros da família e para nossa surpresa o apartamento era grande , completo conforme a descrição do anuncio, num edifício familiar próximo a tudo mercados, padarias. E o melhor há poucos metros da praia. A recepção aconteceu pelo Felipe, mas o sr Amaro estava sempre em prontidão para nós auxiliar em tudo o que fosse necessário. Adoramos os dias que ficamos lá, futuramente pretendemos alugar novamente. A Sr Jacinta a proprietária estava então sempre preocupada em saber se tudo estava de acordo. E como sempre tudo estava impecável.

Foi uma ótima experiência, dona Jacinta e o Felipe foram bastante solícitos e prestativos, sempre a disposição. O apartamento é muito conservado e limpo. Foi uma semana maravilhosa, o imovel e bem como o descrito!

Estivemos do dia 07 a 15/10/2017, no apartamento, foi uma surpresa agradavel chegar e encontrar tudo como o descrito no site, Felipe nos recebeu com presteza e atenção, estavamos em 8 pessoas, ficamos bem instalados, uma quadra da beira mar praia de Meireles, feirinha de artesanato, de restaurantes e de fácil acesso aos varios pontos turisticos da cidade. Foi uma experiencia maravilhosa! Obrigada Jacinta e Felipe. 😘

Apto muito bom, amplo, confortável, bem localizado. Próximo a praia, perto de restaurante, barracas de praia, da feira de artesanato. Sra Jacinta mto atenciosa e simpática! Fortaleza é espetacular e em um próximo retorno com ctz nos hospedaremos novamente nesse apto.

Estádia maravilhosa

O apto é bastante aconchegante, realmente, tal como descrito, é próximo de tudo, sua localização é bastante privilegiada. O apto é bastante espaçoso e equipado com tudo o que precisávamos, estávamos em seis adultos e duas crianças, todos muito bem instalados. O condomínio limpo e seus funcionários muito atenciosos. A proprietária, mesmo em outro país, mostrou-se empenhada para que nossa estádia ocorresse tudo bem. Super indico.

Imóvel muito bom e próximo de tudo !!!

Estive hospedado em janeiro de 2017 com minha família no imóvel, fomos muito bem recebidos por Jacinta dona do imóvel e Felipe rapaz que cuida do imóvel, tudo ocorreu conforme o combinado, imóvel muito bem localizado, todo limpo e entregue com tudo que precisávamos, é muito próximo da beira mar onde é muito bom passear principalmente na parte da noite onde tem a feirinha, o apartamento é muito grande pois estávamos 9 e todos bem acomodados, realmente me sentir em casa. Jacinta é uma pessoa muito educada e correta, já indiquei vários amigos e espero logo logo está retornando. Detalhe, não precisamos alugar carro pois todos os passeios contratados para conhecer as praias nos pegavam na porta do prédio com horário combinado, isso nos fez economizar e conhecer bem melhor o Ceará terra maravilhosa.
