"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. "The hotel was a great way to visit Venice, staying outside the city centre and keeping the prices down. The hotel was clean, efficient, helpful staff, good choices for breakfast and a nice garden area where we had a G&T when we were ready to go out in the evening or when we returned. There is a bus stop literally just across the road from the hotel which was easy to then get the bus into the city centre. I would stay here again."
