"The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. "Rosa delle Alpi is an exquisite boutique hotel with large and spacious rooms and only 12 rooms on a very large natural oversized acreage with the most incredible staff. they also have the best chefs and incredible meals for dinner at below market pricing. when we arrived late at the Varenna train station in a pouring rain storm. One of the managers came personally to pick us up because no uber, no taxis. it’s about half hour trip to the Hotel. the property is exquisite with wood and stone...

"Wonderful bed and breakfast. Andrea and his family were incredible hosts. They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. The breakfast they made was delicious as well! Cannot recommend highly enough, a wonderful stay and hosts!"

"The Agriturismo Il Colle in Bellagio is a gem. The advantage of having parking can not be over emphasized. That is outstanding. It does require a short walk into the town center, but that is not too bad and the parking is totally worth it. The self wine dispenser is a lovely service. The setting is beautiful and it is wonderful to have a glass of wine and admire the lake and mountains. I would certainly stay there again."
