"We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for our big family! Our guests who stayed in the basement bedrooms indicated the rooms were cold all night as there doesn't appear to be heat to the basement. The full bed in the room with the twin bed would not stay on the frame as it appeared to be a queen frame. The guest in this room had to sleep lopsided as a result. I don’t think we would stay again in the winter due to the coldness of the basement. "

"The cottage is great for a couple or small family with a large front and rear deck. Beautiful surrounding fields and wooded lots for walks around the property. The cottage sits about a 150 yards off of a relatively busy road with vehicle noise that can be heard from the house. There is another home on the property that is occupied by a permanent resident however they were not seen or heard. The property is very close to many outdoor activities. We enjoyed skiing at the Black Mountain Cross Country Trail system about 20 minutes north. Communication with the host was perfect and check in/out was without difficulty. Overall it was a pleasant experience."
