The cleaner entered the room as he knocked and didn't give me time to say do/don't come in. It would have been good if other pillow options were available as the ones provided were very puffy and high and I couldn't use them, but the motel had no other options."

"Poor check in experience, staff member didn't know what she was doing and it took ages. Car park is small, very tight and cars are up on hoists, felt the parking charge was excessive. Room was mostly clean but tired. Old single glazed windows meant the outside noise was quite loud even when closed. The area wasn’t good, lots of homeless people hanging around. We could see several from our room, sleeping next to hotel and lots more when we took an evening walk to supermarket. Wouldn't stay again."
