"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. There was no signage, and we had to rely on the profile pictures to know we were at the correct location. The building was shuttered close. The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear.
