Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Falls hike was super easy and close by. Louise was lovely and extremely accommodating. Food was great.

Very disappointing stay. Check in is very late (4pm) . Room was not Classic Double as booked. We got a dark prisonlike cell with no view of outside world . Heating didn't work ( but was fixed - thx ) WIFI didn't work . It was separate to main building. Breakfast also disappointing Staff very nice ...

Location is great. While apt looks fairly recently renovated, housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom fan was broken; the mold and cigarette smoke smell was strong.
