De modo geral, o Eco Resort é muito bonito, organizado, com bastante opções de entretenimento para adultos e crianças. O prédio é mais antigo, por isso, o banheiro é uma instalação que poderia ser melhorada, especialmente, a altura da pia do banheiro e o chuveiro.

Serviços, atendimento, recreação são excelentes. Especial ao barman venezuelano da piscina Homar e aos personagens turma Mônica. Melhorar: Estrutura dos quartos antiga, especialmente banheiro. Restrição de horário para funcionamento da Calefação do ar condicionado dos quartos. E não disponibilizam edredom para os quartos.

O hotel se diz ter Termas, mas tem uma Piscina muito pequena aquecida, cheia de crianças a qual não dá para entrar de tanta gente. Estava frio, então para adulto não tem lazer e o ar-condicionado A sauna é razoável, mas não tem roupão nos quartos para todos os hóspedes. Enxoval velho.

Muito bom, mas com algumas ressalvas

É um bom hotel, com boa estrutura, excelente atendimento, bastante limpo, com estacionamento fácil e gratuito, mas há algumas observações: - Na reserva, as fotos dos quartos mostravam piso de madeira, mas ficamos em um quarto com carpete grudento; - Nos quartos ou funciona o ar quente ou o ar frio. Isso vai depender da climatização do hotel. Então em alguns momentos tivemos bastante calor no quarto e o ar frio não funcionava; - Os banheiros dos quartos são antigos e a pia é muito baixa. Merece reforma. - O café da manhã é repetitivo e bem inferior ao do Bourbon de Atibaia. Resumindo: é um bom hotel, mas precisa de alguns ajustes.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Foi oferecido um upgrade, onde eu ofereci um valor e foi aceito pelo Hotel, e foi pago no checkin. Ocorre que ao adentrar ao quarto minha Esposa sentiu um cheiro de mofo muito grande, e foi oferecido outra acomodação de padrão inferior ao up grade que foi pago. O Hotel não fereceu a devolução do valor do up grade, ja que não foi usado. Acho que o Hotel não foi correto nessa cobrança e não oferta do up grade sugerido.

O hotel é muito agradável mas nos deixou sentindo frio em nosso alojamento porque o aparelho de aquecimento não funcionou em nosso quarto apesar da nossa reclamação que não foi atendida e nos obrigou dormir cobertos com lençol, colcha, cobertor e edredon. Em um hotel desse nível é inconcebível

O Bourbon Thermas Cataratas é um hotel antigo que mantém uma alta qualidade, o fato de ser antigo não quer dizer velho. quarto amplo, camas com 6 travesseiros, qualidade nos lençóis e toalhas. O café da manhã é extremamente organizado e de qualidade, não só pelo número de itens, mas pela qualidade mesmo. A limpeza e arrumação do quarto são impecáveis. Os restaurantes e bares tem muita qualidade de conforto, decoração, atendimento e comida. é sempre um bom tempo com a família. Como pontos negativos acredito que a piscina central deveria ser aquecida. Dias de inverno ou meia estação se tornam impossíveis de entrar. apesar do hotel ter uma piscina interna, acredito que deveria ter aquecimento de todas. Também gostaria de ressaltar que senti falta de um músico que tocava mpb durante a feijoada de sábado, fazia muita diferença no ambiente se não me engano o nome era "Fumê". Destaques de garçons: Antonio (restaurante), Antonio (Bar), Natália (Bar), Suelen (Vezzoso). Equipe de recreação também incansável, tios Mickey, Açaí, Franja, tia Morango entre outros, atenderam minhas filhas com muita simpatia e disposição de atendimento.

Boa viagem para família com crianças

Estadia boa. Diferencial está na equipe de monitores para as crianças. Equipe animada, grande e passam segurança no cuidado com os pequenos. Acredito que faltou apenas uma melhor divisão das atividades propostas para as crianças de 4 a 6 anos e os maiores, para que os menores pudessem se sentir mais a vontade. Para adultos, não percebemos tantos atrativos para casais ou grupo pequenos. Desnecessária a cobrança de 7,00 por ficha para jogar os fliperamas, visto que são poucas e velhas. Deveria ser liberado.
