This hotel was good. It was far from downtown. Had to take taxi or uber to get around. The breakfast was great. Front desk couldn’t speak English very well. Not a lot of staff spoke English. Room was big.

We had some issues with communication when making our reservations but they were resolved when we arrived, and were able to talk in person. We rented two rooms. One had a problem with the AC unit but we found out one of our children had left the window cracked open, and that kept the air conditioner off. We made use of the pool, the breakfast included with our reservations, and one evening meal. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The hotel is clean with no-frills. The ads claim the hotel has a laundry, but it doesn’t. Loumar Turismo, which the hotel uses for rides to and from the airport, does not check if a flight is arriving on schedule. If your flight is late, too bad, so sad. When we contacted Loumar Turismo to inquire about where our airport pickup was, we were told something to the effect of “We were at the airport on time. You were not. Not our fault. Take a taxi or an Uber at your own expense.” The hotel refused to reimburse us for the Uber. (NOTE: Beware of people at the airport claiming to be Uber drivers. They may try to charge you twice Uber’s rate for an airport transfer.) The hotel in the Expedia photo shows a beautiful fountain in the front of the hotel, which was not working and probably hasn’t been working for awhile. The lobby is tasteful and modern, with nice seating for waiting for transportation or tour buses. But don’t expect any customer service from the front desk. When we got to our room, there was one pillow, two decorative pillows, and no blanket for our king bed, and only one bathroom towel for the two of us. We asked front desk staff to have the items sent to the room. We were told to pick them up at the front desk ourselves. The hotel’s location is somewhat isolated. Plan to drive, take an Uber, taxi, or tour bus. Breakfast is free at the hotel and the selections were plentiful. The buffet dinner at the hotel was 75 reais per person, which is expensive for Brazil.

Atentos y me gustó que el cuarto tenía un catálogo de cosas a hacer. El área de alberca en mantenimiento y el acceso no estaba cerrado por completo, muy peligroso al tener varillas expuestas, si alguien tropieza sería un accidente muy grave.

3 estrelas padrão muito longe de tudo.

Não é 4 estrelas. Roupas de cama e banho muito fracas. Banheiro tem cheiro horrível do ralo o tempo todo. Café da manhã ordinário, nada demais mesmo. É muito longe do centro e dos restaurantes. Se não estiver de carro esqueça. Fora que agora tem uma obra de rodovia que causa um desvio gigante. Para piorar a estadia, eles algum o salão de eventos do hotel para festa e vc simplesmente não consegue dormir pois a música alta treme o seu quarto. Lastimável este estabelecimento. Mas só para ser justo, o chuveiro é nota 10 (temperatura e volume).

Hotel longe do centro, ruim para uber aceitar e demoram para vir. Local ao redor muito deserto e escuro. Fachada do hotel enferrujada e não funcionando o chafariz. Restaurante em reforma, e não tinha esta observação quando reservei, fiquei 7 diarias e não cheguei a ver o restaurante, cafe da manha e outras alimentações eram servidas no auditorio. Poderiam ter mais opções de alimentos. Cobertores dos quartos precisam ser trocados urgente, solicitei a troca por edredom e so fizeram no terceiro dia e só em um dos quartos. Por watzap solicitei a troca de 2 para 1 quarto, pois no aplicativo não tinha essa opção. Me passaram um valor pra fazer direto, cancelei no aplicativo e ao retornar me informaram que o valor foi passado errado e não aceitaram qualquer acordo de valor, fiz novamente pelo aplicativo. Uma das garçonetes, que estava apenas 1 dia no restaurante estava sem uso de soutian, achei um absurdo. Os demais garcons e garconetes foram atenciosos. Clientes precisam ser melhor recebidos. Redobro a informação da distância do hotel para tudo, ao pesquisar não temos ideia do quão ruim é, pois uber e taxi não querem ir.

A Natureza está a nos dizer que é finita...

"Interludium" se coaduna com a "cosmoética", nome da rua em que se instala, região que se propõe a nos levar a termos consciência do cosmos em que habitamos. Sem dúvida nos ajudou a entrarmos no "clima" das maravilhas que as cachoeiras do Iguaçu - do lado de cá e de lá - nos oferecem.

Foi uma experiência ótima,café da manhã é excelente bem variado, funcionários educados,solícitos,hotel limpo e cheiroso,gostei muito. Minha única reclamação é que reservei um quarto triplo e fui para um casal,mas não reclamei porque a cama era grandinha.

Hotel bom porém com equipe despreparada.

Tivemos uma sequencia de problemas, primeiro pelo despreparo da equipe do restaurante onde ficamos mais de 1h esperando por nosso prato, e quanto outros hospedes que chegaram bem depois de nos foram atendidos. Funcionario foi desrespeitoso, e nitidamente nao estava preparado para lidar com a situação. No outro dia quando voltamos oara o hotel as 19h, para nossa surpresa o quanto nao foi limpo, tivemos que reclamar novamente e aguardar mais 30min. No banheiro o shampoo esra muito ruim, parecia que colocaram agua para completar o frasco. A cama de casal era bi partida, isto é, duas de solteiro unidas o que formava um buraco entre elas. Apos uma conversa com a gerente que foi cordial, eles isentaram todas as refeições reconhecendo as falhas.

Primeiramente entramos no quarto e verificamos que não havia toalhas e alocação para todos, éramos 4 na reserva, solicitamos e fomos atendidos em parte, o sofá cama para as crianças era extremamente desconfortável, não havia forragem para ele, apenas no último dia foi colocado um colchonete por cima e roupa de cama, foi decepcionante.

Hotel bom

A estadia no geral foi muito boa, apenas tive problema no check in, visto que o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando e o remanejamento e a troca do quarto demorou um pouco. Nesse caso o hotel precisa fazer um check list nos quartos, antes de liberarem para hospedagem, isso evitaria transtornos e demora na troca de quarto. Outra questão que achei complicado é o fato do hotel ser bem longe do centro e das atrações turísticas da cidade.

Hotel com preço justo

O hotel tem um lobby bem bonito e moderno, porém, infelizmente o mesmo não se aplica para os dormitórios. Falta de manutenção em diversos itens do quarto, como tomadas, suporte de toalhas no banheiro, entre outros. Difícil dizer que é um hotel 4 estrelas. A localização não é das melhores, mas cerca de 20-30 minutos de carro são suficientes para se chegar nos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.
