"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "

The location is superb - being just less than a leisurely 10 minute walk to the different shops and eateries downtown. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. The staff was very helpful with everything - including securing a taxi at one of the busiest times of the year! 10/10 Highly Recommend"
