Steps To The Beach & 2 Blocks To Downtown Frankfort - Sleeps 10-11

“The Beachcomber" (Main house) has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 10-11. Deluxe Master Suite has a King bed, a Full-size sleeper couch, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with 8 luxurious showerheads, and whirlpool tub, and an 8 x 10 walk-in closet (large enough for a pack n' play! ), and a private balcony! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The "Bunk Room" has 1 Twin XL bunk bed and 1 Twin XL over a Queen futon bed with access to a shared bathroom and shower.

Large updated gourmet kitchen with double ovens, granite countertops and spacious side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Microwave, 4 slice toaster, 6-quart crockpot, new cookware, bakeware and cutlery set. The garage also has a kitchen and bathroom, for group gatherings!

It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, to enjoy the water, sand & sunsets, or to downtown Frankfort for the movie theater, ice cream parlors, upscale restaurants, and shopping. Take a 15-minute drive to the "Cherry Bowl" drive-in theater with the kids and don't forget to stop at the "Cherry Hut" restaurant for their delicious cherry pie!

Wonderful stay. I don't think I have ever been so comfortable (and slept well!) in a rental property. It was perfect for our family and my girls are already asking to go back. Truly steps to the beach and downtown, we have a 4 year old and a two year old and easily took the wagon to the beach and walked downtown. Hope to be back next summer!

Perfect fit for our family for a little downtime and exploring M-22 land.

Great for Reunions

We enjoyed getting our extended family together under one roof. Kids never get tired of the beach which is only a few blocks away. Lots of trails near by.

A wonderful stay!

We had a great time at The Beachcomber in Frankfort. The full kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group that likes to cook! Really fantastic setup for relaxing in the common areas, and the bedrooms/baths were very nice and comfortable. Loved the short walk to town... be sure to visit Storm Cloud Brewery! Jerry was super to work with, and we will definitely plan to go back.

Fabulous Home!

The house is lovely & is the most well-stocked of any vacation house I've ever stayed in, & I've stayed in a lot! Modern, clean, lovely decor & enough space that we enjoy each other. We loved the patio & ate dinner out there every night followed by a fire in the firepit.

We had a great trip to Frankfort! The weather was not the best, but the place was great and was close to everything. We had plenty of room for everyone and the house was fully stocked. Jerry was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back!

The location is a short 1 block walk to the beach and downtown. The town is bicycle friendly. The house and Birdhouse are beautiful with all the amminities and more. This was our second year at this property.

We love that the beach is only a short walk down the street. Beautiful sunsets! You can also walk to town to shop, eat, or get ice cream in the evenings. The owners have done a good job at supplying the home with everything you need in the kitchen as well as for the beach. We look forward to many more stays at the "Beachcomber".

This was our third year at the Beachcomber. We love the home and the location. It is one block to the beach and to the shops in downtown Frankfort. Jerry has the home well equipped from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and umbrellas! We feel very fortunate to have found this rental! We have already booked for next year.

Our family spent the last two weeks of June back in Frankfort-and just like last year everything was perfect. We love the location of this house to the beach and to Main Street. We park our cars and walk everywhere. The house is comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and the owners have thought of everything for us in advance.
