Clean & hospitality

I stayed 4 nights and the room was clean, spacious, nice bathroom. Special thanks for the staff working in the breakfast area for their kindness and understanding for arranging me a lunch box due to ramadan.

The room was nice and tidy. The parking was very expensive! €21 euros for one night (I was there around 10 hours! And gad to pay for parking 21 euros which I found too expensive)

For what it offers it is very expensive. About time they fixed that lift that has been out of operation for 18 months and perhaps painted a wall every now and then.

Breakfast and parking too exoensive

It was a comfortable stay. We didn’t realise it was in a business district and as it was a bank holiday it was pretty dead around. Ate in the hotel along with one other guest! Friendly service. Breakfast excellent but 27€ per person was extremely expensive as was parking in an uncovered car park for over 20€. We could hear planes in the evening and early morning but nevertheless slept well.

There was a double billing issue, despite my repeated notifications to the staff at both check-in and check-out that I had prepaid through Expedia. More concerning are the unauthorized charges. At check-in, a 50-euro deposit was temporarily charged, for which I received a receipt. However, my credit card was charged a higher amount without my consent and without a receipt. I’ve asked for an explanation more than twice, but after a week, I’ve received no answer. This has caused a serious loss of trust.

The air conditioner in the room was broken. After asking the staff, I found out that it had been broken for a long time. It can still be accommodated by guests without repairs. Because the room is on the first floor, the windows are open for ventilation but there is a bar downstairs, so you can clearly hear the secrets they tell and inhale fresh second-hand smoke. We went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. The waiter said rudely that there were no other rooms to change and that he didn't know how to operate the hotel's computer system. He bothered us for more than an hour before giving us a room of the same size. The room card also had to be changed several times before it could be used. It was already one o'clock in the morning. There was a couple checking in, but the waiter didn't know how to operate the computer system, so he actually asked them to use the computer at the front desk to check in for themselves. This hotel gives me something that cannot happen in other hotels, completely subverting your expectations for hotels.

Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet allerdings sind viele Dinge defekt hier muss mal investiert werden. Insbesondere die vielen defekten Bodenfliesen können zu Verletzungen führen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend aber sprachliche Barrieren und die mangelhafte Bearbeitung gemeldeter Mängel trüben den Eindruck. Das Frühstück ist gut aber nichts aussergewöhnliches hier könnte mehr Abwechslung sein.

Hotel was average with a fine room. Bathroom being incorporated into the room was weird but since I was solo without the family it was fine. Showing with a kids present would not have worked, nor if I was traveling with friends. Breakfast spread was good, best part of the stay. Zero restaurants in the area and they closed the restaurant after breakfast the entire time I was there. Overall a complete letdown and will not return.

It would have been nice to either opn a window or be able to have the air conditioning on to be able to get some airflow in the room. Then room was very hot to the point were i was sweating and it was very stale air in the room. I was able to only tilt rhe window down slightly but even that wasnt enough to cool dow the room. All in all the rest of the stay was great. The staff was very friendly and parking was plentiful.

In der Hotelbeschreibung ist eine Klimaanlage genannt. Ich war im August dort, das Zimmer war extrem warm und die Klimaanlage war ohne Funktion. Ein Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, weil es draußen zu laut war. Auf meine Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir geantwortet, dass die Klimaanlage grundsätzlich im ganzen Haus nicht im Betrieb ist (!!!). Eine Leistung eindeutig zu beschreiben und dann nicht anzubieten ist meiner Meinung nach leider eine Mogelpackung.

Beim Check-In gab es eine Schlange mit ca. 1 Std. Wartezeit. Die telefonische Verständigung mit dem Hotel war auch schwierig (sprachliche Barrieren, aber auch Telefonnummern, die nicht gestimmt haben bzw. ständige Weiterleitungen.). Obwohl wir angemerkt haben, dass wir mit dem PKW anreisen - keine Info, wohin man ausweichen kann (Hotelparkplätze stark begrenzt - das absolute Chaos rings um das Hotel; teils mit Abschleppdienst). Wir haben gegenüber geparkt - am WE geschlossen (konnten nicht ohne Hausmeister ans Auto). Sind dann nachts abgereist ohne einzuchecken (wir konnten mittags nicht länger in der Warteschlange stehen, da wir auf eine berufliche Verstaltung mussten). Das Zimmer konnte nicht mehr storniert werden. Der Betrag wurde der Kreditkarte einfach belastet - keine Benachrichtigung. Nun rennen wir einer Rechnung, die wir benötigen hinterher. Wieder das Spiel mit der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit etc. Sorry, aber für ein Business Hotel geht das einfach alles gar nicht.
