We had a wonderful stay. Bar manager was lovely and made great cocktails for us. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Check in is super smooth, with a small shop for essentials. They alao have a great locker system to leave luggage etc. Comfy beds, black out curtains, walking distance to town, its a great hotel.

Rooms need help! Missing button on shower temperature, moldy grout in shower, water guard on bottom of shower door was broken and full of mold, room was 29C when we arrived-air conditioner was broken and needed to be fixed as there were no other rooms available. This took 1.5 hours at 7:00pm on the day of our arrival from Canada. The temperature still never went below 24.5C. Room was not cleaned well - bits of garbage from previous guests left on the floor. Sink was smelly and covered with something gross. Toilet area had urine splashes on flush button. The sauna and steam showers in the fitness area are non functioning.

Sauna room hot terrible

It was a sauna in the room, 26 degrees during the night. Airco worked but did not cool down. No ventilators available. More people complained. Since 2019 not resolved based on earlier reviews Never again.

Great spot for Frankfurt

A great place overall with a modern vibe and located near the old town. The shower in the middle of the room was a little odd (as there is no privacy when one is showering), but we didn't mind it since we're married. Overall, we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, kind staff, good location to access Romerberg and Dom. Self-Check in system is not so convenient. If we leave the luggage during sightseeing, we have to use the pay locker.

There was even aan other flemings hotel in the middle of the city center of Frankfurt this hotel was placed pretty central aswell. With enough placets to eat nearby. It was a great stay!

Everything fine, breakfast extremely challenging. I chose the property because of the availability of parking. I got the last parking lot (last lot right side before the hotel entry) which really, really challenged my driving skills with a modern but common car (A6).
