Reasonable hotel just a single S-bahn stop away from the Frankfurt airport. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The only suggestions I would add it is to have telephones or alarm clocks in the rooms for wake-up calls. The restaurant is pretty basic for dinner options, but the breakfast was excellent!

For 1 or 2 nights, is very good. Room space is just ok for a couple. Clean.People atnfront desk are very helpful, professional and always with a smile. Area for improvement: during the heatwave, ac worked but not a comfort. Portable fans could be helpful in the rooms.

Parked out front of the hotel to check in and got a parking ticket when the sign said I could park there for up to 90 minutes. Hotel staff was no help at all and told me to call the Frankfurt police and would not even give me the number to call leaving me to fumble through German language websites with no English to figure out what to do..

Staff is very friendly. Subway station Gateway Gardens is a block away from the rear of the hotel. Area is mostly a collection of hotels that are close to the airport, but it didn’t seem noisy at all.

Booked a room for 3 peopl3 two adults and 1 6 year old boy and there was only 1 bed in the room. Room was clean enough. Personnel was OK though ee arrived cery late at night / early morning. Parking was average and we had to pay for it but thats ok. Even though there were two EV chargers in the parking 1 was occupied by a nin EV vehicle and the other one was not working.

We stayed here the evening before a morning flight out of Frankfurt airport. While it is completely walkable from the hotel to the airport, it was a cold (and somewhat miserable) 15 minute walk from Terminal 2. There is a bus which shortens the walk somewhat (61), and there is a bus X17 which has a stop right in the Gardens area where the hotel is, but we couldn't figure out the bus schedule for it. Morning breakfast was very worthwhile before our flight. The property could probably use some TLC as there were some visible markings and stains on the white walls and the cushions in the chair, but the rooms and linens were otherwise clean.

The hotel was great but I expected to be able to get a shuttle to the airport. I had to take a taxi. Also the man who checked in the guest in front of me did not seem to be very friendly and I was glad I got to check in with the lady.

Basic room very convenient for early flights

Very short walk from Gateway Garden Station directly behind the property. Quick one stop commute to the terminal 1 at airport for those early morning flights with multiple trains running regularly. Staff friendly and helpful, room had a comfortable bed and decent walk-in shower. Nice feature in bathroom was a close up mirror. Grocery store, open 07:00-20:00 weekdays at least, and several restaurants directly across the street. Taxis just in front of the hotel waiting at all hours it seemed. Nothing extra- no refrigerator, kettle or complimentary tea/coffee/water. Vending machines in lobby. There was a good hairdryer. Dislike having no electrical outlet in bathroom, but made do. Did not try breakfast as I left quite early.

Rude, disrespectful and dishonorable

I booked this hotel twice for incoming and outgoing flights for my children (17 and 13). They were traveling to other family and due to flight times/train times they needed to stay in a hotel. Incoming stay was fine. However outgoing stay the reception refused to check my son in as he is not 18. Even though there was no issue on the incoming trip. It was after midnight when they got to the hotel and Ahmed refused to check them in and canceled the booking stating the refund would happen through hotels. So they had to leave and find another hotel after midnight. Now the hotel is refusing to honor a refund through hotels.com. Definitely do not recommend this hotel as when they stayed the first time they noted that it was dirty, and food options were next to none.

I arrived at check-in at night only to be told that i have to pay a tourist charge of 2 x 2 EUR since the room was supposedly booked for 2. I booked the room myself as a single person and didnt the see point to pay an extra 2 Euro. Its not about the amount just about the nonsense of asking for 2 persons when I am a single traveller. There was no option for booking a room for 1 person. Eventually it was resolved - payment only possible by credit card Elevator from Garage was not working either

EXTREMELY BASIC

An extremely BASIC hotel under both the Park Inn and Radisson brands. Very misleading, as one would expect more under the Radisson Brand. Bed (bed sheets too small for the bed), some furniture, toilet paper, toiletries and towels. That’s all you get. And oh, 2 small glasses. No water. No coffee. No tea. If you have to leave early, everything is closed. No shuttle service. Like I said, extremely basic. It truely is damaging the Radisson brand to be associated with this properly. I would not stay there again if I can help - I’ve stayed at 4 properties in the same vicinity and this is by far the worst.
