Worst experience of my entire global hotel experience Radisson hotel at his specific location location doesn’t represent anything near to The lousiest hotel accommodations had to change rooms twice since their refrigerators all out of order and their shower access was blocked barely could shower This location doesn’t represent true 5 stars I refuse recommend this location to anyone . Poor hotel accommodations ever . It needs to have major change

The room itself was fantastic. However the water has a major temperature change problem. I literally had my hand burnt while shaving because the hot suddenly went to scalding hot (my hand was bright red for an hour). This same problem continued in the shower, had to take a cold shower so that it would go warm instead of burning when it would change. Not sure if this hotel uses a pressure regulator or not, but something is broken. Then, room service food options is dismal. If your hungry for a regular meal for lunch or dinner, forget it. The food menu is terribly tiny and not actually dinner food (not even sandwiches are offered). All other aspects, the hotel was great. Use uber eats if you want to order food to your room.

The ABSOLUTELY WORST RADDISON BLU I HAVE STAYED AT!!! I am a rewards member and have stayed at several other locations. first, the staff WAS AMAZING! They tried there best to help but over all the facilities is terrible. In my first room, The tv did not work, The heat in my room did not work so they switch my room in the middle of the night. Moved to a second room, the heat did not work, the heated floors in bath room did not work and the tv did not work. The sauna sign says open at 6am did not open until 7am. Was suppose to stay the entire weekend from Friday till Sunday. After one night I checked out and will NEVER stay at the RADDISON BLU in Frankfurt. As a LOYAL reward member I was not offered any kind of upgrade for all the broken items in room for the inconvenience. Hopefully this location upgrade and fix its faulty building.

Exceptionally bad service

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like in the room was that we can’t open any windows so the air was quiet stuffy. But the service was really terrible. Checkin took over half an hour with a huge line of guests waiting. Staff was not really helpful. In the evening we went to the bar where the staff asked if we had a reservation and that we can only eat here with a reservation even though it was 10pm and almost empty. We were allowed to sit down for only a drink, got served the wrong drink and just treated and talked to in a very weird and uncomfortable way. When we asked at the reception for some robes for the spa they just said there are none left. Feels like they dont care at all and their smiles also seemed quiet fake. Would probably not stay here again.

I wouldn't rush back to stay here. There were too many issues with staff and service. Simple customer service issues that just showed lack of care. The pool is small and the sauna wasn't working. They don't replace water when you've drunk it in the room. Air conditioning dehydrates and water is helpful. The breakfast was nice - good choice of food, and although I'd prepaid, they told me I hadn't. Another mistake by the hotel. All in all, it is a functional hotel, but so is the travellodge. I had expected better for the cost.

Wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer gebucht mit Ausblick. Der Ausblick sollte auf die Skyline sein, wir hatten jedoch den Ausblick auf eind Hauswand, von der Skyline war lediglich die Spitze des Messeturms zu sehen. Wir hatten such ein upgrade gebucht früher check in ab 12.00 Uhr, das für uns reservierte Zimmer stand zu dieser Uhrzeit nicht zur Verfügung. Kronkorken und Plastksplitter waren vom Vorgänger noch im Zimmer zu finden. Auch die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war viel geringer als in den Zeiten zuvor als wir dort übernachtet hatten

The rooms were too hot. Tgere was no working air condition in the room. Door locks were not working and we had to request help from the front desk to enter the room. They tried to give us another room but still no different. Bad experience all together!

Zimmerservice klopft uns um 8.25 Uhr aus dem Bett, obwohl um 12.00 Uhr Check Out ist. Als wir das an der Rezeption melden, kommt die Begründung, dass sie sonst nicht alle Zimmer schaffen würden. Was ist das für ein Kundenservice in einem 4**** Hotel?! Was aber noch viel unmöglicher ist: Wir tranken abends an der Bar vier Kaffee, die Bedienung verschwindet und ist 10 min nicht mehr auffindbar als wir zahlen wollen. An der Rezeption haben wir unseren Verzehr dann gemeldet und die Zimmernummer angegeben sowie die Zusicherung erhalten, das sei “kein Problem“. Bei Rückkehr nachts um 00:30 Uhr ist unser Zimmer gesperrt – wegen unbezahlter Rechnung. Zahlung nur sofort und nur mit physischer Kreditkarte möglich, die im gesperrten Zimmer lag. Vielleicht sollte das Management zuerst einmal sicherstellen, dass sein Personal an seinem Arbeitsplatz ist, anstatt ehrlich zahlende Kunden unter Generalverdacht zu stellen und trotz Zahlungsabsicht aus dem Zimmer zu sperren. Unfassbar unprofessionell, peinliche interne Kommunikation. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie schlicht beschämend!
