Perfect Stay in Frankfurt

Great location with views of the park and the historic opera house Well-appointed rooms, friendly staff. Recommend breakfast on site as it is very good- note it is expensive if not part of your room package. Nice bar and attached outdoor cafe.

Mein Aufenthalt im Sofitel Opera Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Bett war himmlisch bequem und sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos – eine sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin sorgte für einen besonders freundlichen Empfang. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: zentral gelegen mit kurzer Anbindung zur Bahn, was die Mobilität in der Stadt deutlich erleichtert. Weniger überzeugend war der Wellnessbereich, der über das benachbarte Fitness First zugänglich ist. Dieser wirkte wenig einladend. Bei einer Massagebuchung darf man zwar Sauna und Dampfbad mitbenutzen, allerdings war Letzteres während meines Aufenthalts defekt. Die Massage bei Claudia war jedoch absolut empfehlenswert – professionell und sehr wohltuend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, entsprach jedoch nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen – insbesondere in Relation zum Übernachtungspreis. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich das Hotel daher ohne Frühstück buchen. Insgesamt ist das Sofitel Opera ein schönes Hotel mit exzellentem Komfort und einer Top-Lage. Das Frühstücksangebot sowie der Wellnessbereich bieten jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

조식이 비싸지만 아주 맛있고 호텔에 멋진 작품이 많아서 눈이 즐거워요. 다만 피트니스 센터가 너무 좁아서 운동하기 불편해요. 체크아웃하고 차에 짐을 싣는데 가방을 던지듯이 넣어버리네요. 직원교육이 필요하겠어요.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and the entire staff went above and beyond to be polite and respectful. You can tell they actually care about their job and the guests they serve. The room itself was very nice with a great view of the city. The room has a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom/showers and the hotel itself was very upscale. I will definitely be back!
