Checking in was easy, staff were great and very friendly, breakfast was also great. Room was nice and clean. Enjoyed begin in the country to where not many cars are around.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Renovations are still ongoing but so a few amenities are still not in the rooms - like a hair dryer - but the doing desk will give you one if you ask.

Room clean, breakfast was good, staff was super friendly and kind. The hotel is being renovated but that didn't impact our stay. We stayed at the start of deer season so there was lots of early morning activity, so FYI for seasonal travelers. The beds are very firm and pillows small, so be aware! We would stay again.

An okay stay

It was so so. Not sure if our room was in the middle of the remodel or finished and just not finished well. But the people at the front desk were really nice, and breakfast was filling.

Overall, the Franklin Inn was alright for a stay in the Franklin, TX area. I was a little disappointed by the amenities (ie the breakfast and design of the room). Maybe they are going through a construction process but the walls seemed a bit dated and the fan in my bathroom didn’t work. However, the hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful!

Nice and Roomy

Great stay! Check In was quick and easy. We were there for a baseball tournament and they had great facility to wash uniforms and ice machine on the 2nd floor was useful. The room was spacious and clean! The hot tub was not working but the pool was clean we didn't swim but dipped our feet in to keep us cool. Some of us moms enjoyed staying up and chatting outside by the pool. Made for a great relaxing time! Definitely recommend staying here.

Overnight stay

Our stay was nice. The room was clean and when we needed housekeeping it was very prompt. The breakfast had a variety to choose from and the stations were clean. The only thing was the mattress on the pull out couch was broken. Other than that the stay was great and the staff was friendly.
