Standard stay in a nice spot

Nice location, but a standard hotel. Breakfast ok, Decent pool. Staff accommodating with some less knowledgeable than others. Generous check out time. Most necessaries within walking distance. Don’t miss the Anglo factory tour

Laundry problem.

The stay was OK, but I sent a shirt to laundry that was supposed to return the next morning. But the shirt did not come back and, and I had to leave without my shirt. I did not like it.

Desayuno a mejorar

La habitación tiene un buen tamaño , la limpieza es excelente. La ropa de cama y almohadas muy bien. Lo que recomiendo mejorar es el desayuno, solo productos panificados , café muy malo , mermeladas envasadas, yogur industrial saborizado, no hay huevos etc Para el precio que se paga esto debería ser mucho mejor

Mala experiencia

Yo pague con vista de balcĂłn llegue un dĂ­a tarde, hablamos en el hotel y nos dijeron q nos quedĂĄramos hasta la tarde. La tele no andaba y no nos dieron soluciĂłn. El desayuno es lo Ășnico que puedo decir que estuvo bien. La habitaciĂłn era sĂșper chica no era lo quĂ© pedĂ­. El estacionamiento me tuvo dijeron q era techado, me dijo q era segĂșn la hora que llegara. HabĂ­a lugar pero sin estacionando mal. Nos pusieron motos atrĂĄs de empleados lo cual tuvimos que pedir que las sacaran para salir. La suficiente noche directamente la sacamos nosotros

Cordialidad por parte de los empleados. Limpieza e higiene, todo impecable. Le faltaría un poco de mantenimiento a la piscina. Hermosa vista al río. Wifi👍. Tendrían que agregar opciones de almuerzo, merienda y cena (algo simple), ya que no hay muchas opciones en la zona.

Este hotel es supuestamente lo mejor de fray bentos pero la atencion es como minimo poco cordial y a favor del pasajero. No tenian ,ni consiguieron alcohol para la habitacion, no teniamos ni siquiera un botellita de agua de cortesia, no tiene restaurante ni se molestaron en conseguirnos algo de cenar (aunque sea de un delivery) no tenian cafe 
.en resumen, un lugar con una hermosa vista totalmente desaprovechado que invita a no volver

Kadun puolen huoneista on upea nÀkymÀ rantapuiston ja alhaalla rannassa olevan Ramblan yli joelle. Perustasoa olevat huoneet ovat toimivat ja suhteellisen siistit. Ovien ÀÀnieristyksessÀ on toivomisen varaa. WiFi toimii hyvin. Aamiainen on uruguaylaisittain monipuolinen continental-tyyppinen. Aamiaishuone on valoisa ja tilava. SiellÀ saattaa olla muitakin suomalaisia hotellivieraita, mikÀ kannattaa ottaa huomioon. Hotellin seinillÀ on hienoja kuvia liittyen kaupungin teolliseen ja liikenteelliseen historiaan sekÀ kansainvÀlisesti tunnetun Fray Bentosista lÀhtöisin olevan taitelijan taideteoksia. Palveluiltaan hotelli on kansallista perustasoa mutta tÀmÀn pikkukaupungin parhaasta pÀÀstÀ. Aina ei ole aivan varmaa, onko hotellin ravintola iltaisin auki hotellivieraille. KÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ on kuitenkin useita laadultaan kohtuullisia ravintoloita, jotka ovat auki iltaisin, osa myös sunnuntaisin. Suosittelen kÀvelyÀ rantakadulla, jossa varsinkin sunnuntai-iltaisin kaupunkilaiset nÀyttÀytyvÀt. Kadun tunnelma on tyypillisen uruguaylainen, eikÀ sen turvallisuudessa on moittimista. PÀihtyneitÀ ei yleensÀ nÀy. Normaali varovaisuus liikenteen suhteen ja muutenkin on kuitenkin tarpeen. Pari kilometriÀ rantakatua pitkin alajuoksulle sijaitsee Unescon maailmanperintökohde Frigorifico Anglo, entinen lihakonsentraatti ja -sÀilyketehdas. Suosittelen.

We spent one night in Fray Bentos at this hotel. Location is nice, across from the water, but the park is somewhat run down, lots of litter -- shame. The hotel was dated but clean, offered an adequate breakfast of the usual fare (breads, ham, cheese, etc). The desk clerk who checked us in was our biggest disappointment. No greeting when we approached the desk and handed her our reservation, didn't tell us where breakfast was, absolutely no interaction -- just did the bare minimum to check us in, completely disinterested to the point of being rude.
