    For those seeking adventure beyond the cabin, explore the nearby wineries, and weather permitting, go tubing or canoeing down the Kokosing River. Golfing, swimming and horseback riding are available nearby. Knox and Coshocton counties offer many indoor and outdoor adventures.

    A little piece of history – The original cabin was on a land grant signed by President Jackson in 1830. The cabin was built of native American chestnut logs in the 1832-1833 time periods. The original cabin was 24 feet by 20 feet, and only had 2 rooms, one downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs. The logs were hand hewn. This historical part of the cabin still stands and has been beautifully expanded into the 4001 square foot cabin it is today.

This was a wonderful place for our extended family could get together for a long weekend. The cabin had everything we needed: games to play, a nice fire pit, and beautiful scenery. Great long weekend getaway!

We celebrated a birthday and a cancer free diagnosis at the cabin with friends and family. Everything was well equipped and clean. We loved the open kitchen, front porch and backyard. My favorite was the spacious comfy master bedroom.

Amazing property for a family gathering!

We rented this cabin for my mom's surprise 80th birthday party with her children and grandchildren. It was truly perfect in every way. The home and grounds were large enough for us to spread out, and also to come together for special family time. We loved the kitchen, hot tub, yard, porches, and games. The owners were available to us if we had needed them, and gave helpful suggestions about local food and activities.

We had an awesome week!

We had such a great time staying at the Weston House!! Our kids and grandkids joined us for a week of family vacation. The cabin had plenty of space for all 15 of us!! The history and character of the cabin was so fun. But we didn't mind the updated improvements -- especially the air conditioning during a really HOT week!! We really enjoyed the front and back porches -- great places to sit and chat. The kitchen was amazing!! The island was great for preparing and serving meals, and the cabinets were stocked with everything we could imagine. The kitchen was a favorite gathering place as the tables were usually busy with meals or games. The yard was awesome with room to play disc golf, games, or just walk to get in those steps! The grandkids really enjoyed fishing in the pond. The fire ring was incredible, and we would have used it so much more if it hadn't been so hot outside! The home had so many comfortable spaces to settle into and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great with awesome showers and tubs. We also enjoyed lots of special "extras", like a goodie basket on the island, a fun scavenger hunt for the kids, soaps, shampoo, etc. Kim and Mike were very gracious hosts, and communication with them was easy. We had such a fun week. Next time we'll plan to order cooler weather!!

Host was very welcoming and there if needed. A very nice snack basket was there to greet us along with a lit Christmas tree. Our stay was very fun for 11 family members including an infant. There was plenty of space and fun games to play, especially downstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans and anything needed. The hot tub was huge and very nice and the location was secluded and quiet. The kids enjoyed seeing Amish buggies drive by. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 3-night stay.

This was the perfect property for a surprise 80th birthday celebration for my father and family! The Host was amazing and even left a Happy Birthday sign and some decorations to help knowing some of us traveled very far to get here. The house is huge and the kitchen was very accommodating!
