"The sofa bed was nasty and I couldn’t use it. The pool water is very cloudy and the pool filter was not running. The hot tub is broken and had caution tape around it. The breakfast is the only good thing on this stay."

"Staff immediately told me there weren’t any rooms available to check in early before checking their system . No room keys , staff let people in rooms without verifying anything . Huge safety issue there "

"Room was ok except condenser of refrigerator was noisy when activated. Thought the gentleman at the front desk was indifferent to us and less than helpful to another customer who eventually left for another hotel. Seemed as though he was unwilling to resolve a simple problem. "
