Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

"Vi ankom sent om aftenen efter receptionens åbningstid. Det var ikke noget problem, da vi bare ringede på klokken og fik hjælp med det samme til at komme ind på værelset. Morgenmaden var ganske fin. Super god service og en følelse af at være en meget velkommen gæst og ikke blot et objekt, der skal tjenes penge på. Vi kommer igen!"
