Located right off of main street in charming Fredericksburg, enjoy what this spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath townhome has to offer. With 2 king beds, master and guest bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, outdoor patio and more. Easy access to wineries, restaurants and all that Fredericksburg has to offer. This fabulous property provides a serene atmosphere and modern amenities that make this a great place to call home base while you're away. If you are needing more space for more than 4 people we have a condo right next door with the same layout that sleeps 4 people as well if available. Message us for more details. We had a wonderful girls’ trip staying here with my aunt and cousin for the night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and new. The living room sofa with reclining seats was such a cozy touch, perfect for relaxing and catching up. The location was super convenient to everything we needed, and the décor throughout the property was stylish and welcoming. Overall, a great stay — we would definitely come back!

Lovely townhome in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well equipped for a vacation stay. Beds were lovely and soft, all linens clean and new. Problem with hot water supply in the front bathroom, which was reported to the owner. Would rent again.

Clean Quiet and Comfortable

Great place for two couples. Far enough off Main Street so it was quiet. But everything was very convenient. House was well stocked with all the basics we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Me & 2 friends stayed at this Hill Country Hideout. The house was great, very spacious, clean, quiet 7 close to everything. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook. We will rent this house again. The property manager was always quick to respond to my messages

Weekend Trip

We had a great stay. The property was a moderate walk to Main Street. We like walking so we never even needed an uber. The place was clean and peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t need the kitchen really, but it was nice. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were nice well.

So clean it squeaked!

My mom and two daughters were with me on this 3 generation girls’ trip. The listing was absolutely accurate and everything was extremely clean. The location was convenient and very quiet. I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Charming cottage

Booking Karen's Kottage was worth it! The pictures are exactly how it looks-like new! Beautiful house with lovely decor and furnishings! I loved the kitchen and the bathrooms were huge. Karen was also very responsive if you had a question. We will be back!

Absolutely Amazing

What a beautiful place to stay. Furnished perfectly, everything you need for a vacation. Both bedrooms have very comfortable king size beds and the master bath has a lovely walk in shower. Great location, very quiet and just a short distance from downtown Fredricksburg. And Karen the owner is great to work with, I had a couple of questions and she was always there to answer right away. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Spot

We stayed here on the July 4th weekend and could not have been happier. It is located close enough to Main St. for convenience yet far enough away to be cozy and quiet. The property is set back from the road and there is an entry gate that provides an extra layer of safety. It's very clean and modern with more space than the pictures show. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided more than enough towels in both bathrooms.I would stay here again for sure.

Great home in a quiet location, but so close to Main St!

Karen's home was absolutely beautiful, amazingly clean, bright, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed! The king size beds were a plus and if you like memory foam, you'll love these beds! Bathrooms are huge! And the covered front porch is great for relaxing all day in the shade! And Karen has thought of every detail and left easy instructions. Great communicator! Loved it, thank you!
