Welcome to Ohana Ranch Vacation Cabin! Nestled in the hills Northeast of Fredericksburg sits Ohana Ranch. This private ranch cabin is located 7.5 miles from shopping, entertainment, and fabulous dining on Main Street. This cozy 600 sq ft cabin offers Texas family hospitality in a quiet, peaceful, and serene setting.



The Space:

This private ranch cabin will cozily sleep up to four guests. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed to give you a restful and relaxing night's sleep. The charming living room is warm and inviting and the perfect place to unwind and watch a movie; the sofa pulls out to make a queen sleeper that will sleep two. A small kitchenette is available and equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and utensils. The Ohana Ranch Cabin gives you privacy, room to stretch out, and amenities that hotels do not offer.



After a day of devouring all the Fredericksburg area offers, return to your private ranch cabin under the stars and sit on the large covered porch where your only visitors are deer, Black Buck, turkey, cattle, and other Texas wildlife.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

12. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
